The software helps us in creating baseline rules for our business automation
What do you like best about the product?
Nected is a software that helps us in creating baseline rules for our business and these rules helps us in automatisation of all the work flow that are necessary to run our business. we are able to create day to day systems which are needed to be followed by each and every employee so that a hassle-free process implementation can be done and maximum returns can be generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nected is a software which is completely no code based system but for initial implementation and complete documentat configuration the people will need a proper training to set it up for their business and connect with all the business APIs that they are using. Whenever a large team work on the software it starts showing it limitations because there is a lagging issue and the premium plan is little bit costly in comparison of the returns that it generates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has made us less dependent on our old tech team which was outsourced now we have our own in house software that handles all the work flow management and necessary decision making and they are being implemented quite faster as we just need to understand some JavaScript and do little modifications. This software helps us in minimising all the delays that happened while taking major decisions in our company.
Automation of work without professional knowledge of coding
What do you like best about the product?
Nected is completely no coding application that helps us in managing multiple softwares with one tool and even without proper knowledge of technicalities and coding languages the application is completely user friendly and works with basic training for employees working on it the software gets easily integrated with Google sheets and lots of other CRMs in no time and this makes the workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever we try to give the software a complex task with lots of finance elements and variables it starts showing its limitations also at the same time whenever a team of 2-3 members work on nected it functions quite well but when we try to deploy a large group for collaboration of different teams working in multiple locations the software start lagging and also shows wrong data outputs on their dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After installing nected in our business there are lots of day to day challanges that it does by itself like to all the new joining customers it send a welcome message from their side and also save their data in our contact list without any manual involvement of of our IT employees, it also give information to our sales team that a new lead has been generated from our social media or website so that we can track them and reach out to them on time.
No code platform for creating new workflows in businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of this software Nected is simple and also beginner friendly the software has been very useful for technical as well as non technical employee as it does not need professional knowledge of codes for developing new workflows and rules in the business it also makes the work of people working in IT section of our business much smoother and even the new joiners learn to work on it with little training.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software nected only stucks when our developers want to work on complex and logic based tasks, in those software development this platform starts showing lots of limitations also there are limited integrations available with other API if compared to some of its other competition softwares available in the market but the software is budget friendly and not bothering us much till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nected helped our teams to work on lots of system projects and automatic tools. The software provides a collaborative platform on which all the teams can discuss about the latest project on which they are working together with collaborative efforts. We are now able to build and make logic based workflow for our organisation and also improved the quality of API from before as per our needs.

For the past five months of using Nected AI daily, managing my business has never been easier. The tool has enabled me to easily delegate tasks, achieving better results with little effort.
It also seamlessly integrates with our other business tools, such as MongoDB and Google Sheets, via API.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has never disappointed me throughout my usage, but the learning curve was steep. Implementation requires going through long documentation. Also, the user interface needs some upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrate different business applications like google sheets, databases and payrol system, making it easy to manage the business from a single dashboard. Nected AI has helped remove the hassle of having to go through the different platforms before making decisions, which is less efficient. The business rule management system enables creating and managing complex business rules in a simple way.

creates the facility to have the entire database of various platforms united in one, which is of great benefit because several databases with different information are not created and cause erroneous information in task management, it is also simple to use because you do not have to have high knowledge in coding to use it and so everything is simpler and any concern is resolved by support that has been very kind and quick in answering requests

depending on the integration of the platform, some may take longer than others or have to do the process several times for it to recognize the integration

Best Low Code Engine
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Nected.ai is that it supports building complex logics( Rules, Decision Tables & Rulesets) without coding. Its really easy to use as it has a drag and drop interface to design workflows with branching logic, triggers, and integrations. It even integrates with google spreadsheets which personally i love.
If we need more advanced rules or logics we can even embed JavaScript with no code environment or we can say low code environment. Its great tool for non-coders.

I liked Nected alot.Its even good for non coders.Nothing is here to dislike about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really saves time. As it reduces the dependency of writing code again and again whenever there is any update. Like in my Ecommerce company the market team can directly update the pricing rules themselves via nected.ai without needing a developer. It eliminates the need to build custom rule set engine which saves a lot of time, efforts and money. Its a ideal choice for pricing , eligibility checks etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Nected is an easy-to-use data integration and extraction solution. The platform's data mapping works great for our ETL (extract, transform, load) automation with almost no coding. I like the drag-and-drop workflow designer with the data connectors that support various file types. The API integrations enable my team to design more advanced workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the Nected platform and tools are user-friendly, non-techie business users may still have a hard time getting familiar with all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Nected to gather data from customer relationship management systems and various data sources to feed MySQL databases through data connectors and APIs.
