Decisions is an orchestration platform that unifies workflows, rules, AI agents, integrations, and process intelligence to automate and govern complex work. Visual tools help teams build applications and coordinate processes across people, systems, and AI with deterministic control.
Decisions provides a universal orchestration layer for complex enterprise operations. It brings workflows, business rules, AI agents, integrations, human tasks, and process intelligence together in one platform, helping organizations automate and coordinate end-to-end work across existing systems without replacing their core technology.
Teams can build and manage AI agents or connect third-party agents and models, then embed them in governed business processes. A native enterprise rules engine provides deterministic control over agent and workflow behavior, enforcing policies, validating outputs, routing exceptions, triggering human approvals, and creating an auditable record of every decision and action.
Key platform capabilities include:
Agentic and universal orchestration: Coordinate AI agents, workflows, people, data, APIs, and enterprise systems across complex, long-running processes.
Rules-driven decisioning and governance: Centralize visual, testable business logic to drive consistent decisions, enforce guardrails, and support compliance.
Visual application and process development: Build workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and enterprise applications using low-code design tools.
Model- and system-agnostic integration: Connect existing applications, data sources, AI models, and agents through prebuilt connectors and extensible integration options.
Process intelligence and observability: Monitor work as it happens, identify bottlenecks and exceptions, and trace the inputs, rules, handoffs, and actions behind each outcome.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this platform through a contract priced by cluster configuration units, not per user. Two options set the production hosting setup. Gold gives you a dual-zone production cluster plus three non-production environments. Silver gives you a single-node production instance plus three non-production environments. Both include the same three non-production environments for development, testing, or staging. The dimensions differ mainly in production architecture: Gold spreads production across two zones, while Silver runs production on a single node. Pricing scales with the production configuration you select. License fees are billed in advance for the subscription term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as production versus non-production in the Gold and Silver cluster units?
A production instance runs operational workloads that support ongoing business operations. Non-production instances handle development, testing, quality assurance, or staging before deployment. Non-production may also serve as disaster recovery backup, but cannot run production workloads at the same time as your active production instance.
What is the difference between a dual-zone cluster and a single-node production setup for uptime?
Gold spreads production across two zones for higher availability. Silver runs production on one node. The vendor targets 99.9% uptime for enterprise production clusters and 99.5% for other hosting. Dual-zone architecture supports the stronger availability commitment; single-node runs on one server.
Is this billed per user, and how are license fees invoiced?
No. Pricing is based on cluster configuration units, not per user. License fees are payable in advance for the subscription term. Any fee or hosting-type changes apply only at the next renewal term, not during a paid term. Fees are non-refundable if you terminate early.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about Decisions tool is : it is so easy to use, the build design is more user friendly and it scalable and very easy to build applications even for the people who does not have coding experience. This tool rocks trust me!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i dislike about decisions is sometimes there is latency issue while loading projects in 9.6 version but thats is also fixed in newer versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decisions helps in integrating with any 3rd party applications so easily, writes the code for you where you just have to drag and drop and backend is taken care by this tool. I have been using it past many years, trust me i have built many scalable user friendly applications without writing a single line of code I just love decisions I solely have developed more than 10 applications and more than dozen poc's and even there support team is so helpful
This tool rocks and support team too <3

What do you like best about the product?
The capability of the software to tackle any project is awesome. We've been able to use it in many cases in the company.
Some cases where we could have used traditional developers, we've been able to use our Decisions team to make a great solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't ran into any downside, besides training a new developer in the software, DOES take some time. That could also be affected by which project they will first be working on. I have to say, the training materials offered by Decisions is great though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating case management. Being able to track items going through a process has been huge.

Great for designing flexible and re-usable logic without coding.

What do you like best about the product?
Decisions allows our team to develop custom rating formulas that can be updated and changed quickly and easily. This has allowed changes that used to take several months to work through traditional development cycles to be completed in days, even with proper testing and validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has very strong rules, data, and logic capabilities. It also offers UI/UX capabilities to completely author small to medium size applications within the platform. These UI capabilities are not as mature as the logic / rules side of the designer, although they are making some significant improvements in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of insurance rating and appetite (are we willing to write business for this specific client).
