DecisionNext does this by starting with unique and dynamic data sources, both publicly available and syndicated data sets. In some cases, we will also incorporate customer data to improve forecasting abilities.
All of this data gets fed into our engine to build curated AI forecast models. We process thousands of data sets, build machine learning models for every data set, run millions of simulations and quantify uncertainty in every forecast. This process leads to consistently industry leading best in class forecasts.
Using our unique set of decision support and optimization tools, we provide users the ability to take complex global decision alternatives, apply our risk-aware forecasts to them and quantify the uncertainty and risk on each alternative. DecisionNext Enterprise customers have a dedicated customer success specialist whose sole responsibility is to ensure our customers get the best value from the platform. With our enterprise product, there is normally an implementation period where the Customer Success specialist and the dedicated project team will work with your team to ensure the highest levels of success.
Our goal is to provide value Day 1 and minimize time required from our Customer's users to get up to speed. This is an out of the box platform that requires minimal set up and resources. We also have a team of data scientists, economists and engineers that are readily available as needed.
The support level can be customized to your business needs whether it's regular touch points and working sessions to a more hands off approach where users are trained on the full scope of the tool and communicate with our team as needed. With our enterprise customers, we feel it's valuable to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with project sponsors to ensure the continued success for our customers and growth of our partnership.
