What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Nected for 6 months and I really found it very easy and convenient because it has a very simple interface without any complications. Nected helps in connecting with all type of Database and APIs effortlessly. Comes with different options to conduct the business meeting and helps in buliding business it's a scalable business rule engine makes the workflow easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nected is heading towards a right direction but there is still issues coming up in some APIs to get connected otherwise everything is great

It has been helping me in seamless integration and connecting with different database and APIs helps the business grow faster and build good business relations.
Helps in getting real time updates and maintain compliance also the Dynamic prices helps the business.
I have been using nected to get my business wider in gathering more information about different companies database.
It's helps in reaching out multiple database through which data can be collected easily without any hassle.

Room for Improvement in Usability: While feature-rich, the interface can be challenging to navigate for new users, and the user experience could be more intuitive to ensure easier adoption and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, test-driven development and deployment, instant support. Seemlessly integrates with APIs, databases, and for us, Google Sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor nit might be the popups to remind me to test... but it reminds me to test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nected soved the problem of quickly standing up a workflow system that can interact with our existing APIs, as well as providing a user experience that allows non-technical folks to manage and extend.
Fast Development for our rules-based system
What do you like best about the product?
Nected support is really amazing. We tell them about features we are looking for and depending on our needs they expedite it on their roadmap. We asked about adding caching to improve performance on some of the integrations and they released it in a timely manner. We used it as soon as the feature was released, thank you Nected team.
We started off using Nected to help us with some of our pricing rules and that is working well for us. Now we will begin using it for some of our routing rules. The platform allows us to move much faster than if we had to do this in house. One thing that really helps is that on the cloud solution, the urls are automatically set up for us in staging and prod and there is no devops work on our side. This allows us to improve development time and involves less maintenance.

There are some quirks with the UI, but when we ask Nected support about it they address issues promptly.

Nected is helping us solve our pricing rules and our routing rules. This helps us add our custom implementation quickly. We focus only on the business logic and not other things like setup, devops work, deployments, and other similar items.

Nected is changing the structure of our incentive payout at Wealthright. Highly client success-focused, their team is an extension more or less of ours, very active in collaborating with us to make sure that we achieve the objectives, always makes good recommendations, etc. It is enabling us to make real time changes to these rules while most of the competition deals with lag of at least days and sometimes weeks.

Although understanding the platform for the first time is a bit challenging, a couple of meetings with support and one time integrations done, it was a lot easier for beginners like me to get around and even be able to navigate the interface to iterate the rules and flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nected has resolved all our issues with the tech delay in deliveries, bandwidth crunch, making incentive payouts faster and more adaptive to changes in policy or structure. Previously, changing payouts would require custom coding that might delay implementations by at least days and often weeks. Now we are able to make changes in real-time. It saves us several days of processing time and also allows much greater flexibility. This increased efficiency in our team would not only increase our accuracy and compliance in payout but also save our operational cost. We are able to save our time as well by implementing Nected, and it allows us to focus more on business problems and creating actual value for our clients instead focussing more on implementation first.

At BrightChamps, we had several high-impact ideas on the table that were consistently delayed due to tech constraints and bandwidth issues. However, once we started using Nected, these ideas were implemented within a week, something that had been stalled for over two quarters. The flexibility offered by the rule engine and workflow manager, has allowed us to build and iterate quickly without needing dedicated development resources.
What I like the most about Nected is how modular and scalable it is. We reduced our development time by 50%, and the ease with which we can build country-wise payout systems for teachers, complete with incentives and penalties, was impressive. By leveraging Nected, we were able to implement rock-bottom pricing for educational packages, integrate monthly targets, and optimize lead scoring—all within a fraction of the time it would have taken with traditional systems. For our team, Nected has been a game changer in increasing efficiency and flexibility, cutting down our reliance on tech resources by 50%.

It's simple and it works better than the rest
What do you like best about the product?
Nected is the third no-code/low-code automation tool I’ve tried. One of the previous tools, Drools, had significant issues. As soon as you scale the rules in Drools, it requires dedicated resources to manage and operate the system.
When we switched to Nected, the first thing we noticed was how easy it is to use. The tool is highly intuitive, and regardless of the complexity of the flows, anyone can iterate on them with minimal context.
Another major advantage is the no-code integrations, which make it simple to get started and eliminate the hassle of integration.
Overall, Nected is an excellent option for teams looking to collaborate with both tech and product in the process.
PS - The support is also great, the co-founders were directly involved in the onboarding and POC process which made it extremely easy for us to get started

Some very easy enhancements could take the usability of Nected to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nected has really helped me solve a lot of the challenges around managing complex workflows and decision-making processes. One of the biggest problems I'd say is that is how time-consuming it can be to build and iterate on workflows. With Nected, I can easily create and adjust workflows, rules, and automations without having to code everything from scratch.
For me and my team, it’s been a game changer in terms of efficiency. What used to take us weeks to set up, test, and refine can now be done in a matter of days. Plus, its integration with databases and APIs makes everything run so much smoother. It’s saved me not just time but also the frustration of dealing with errors and bottlenecks that usually come with more traditional tools.
