What do you like best about the product?
I really like GoAnywhere MFT's audit logs, which help with traceability and compliance. The workflow automation is great because it cuts down the need for manual intervention in file transfers and does away with the reliance on custom scripts. I also appreciate the support for multiple file transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, HTTP, and AS2, which adds to its versatility. Plus, it secures my files, making me feel confident that they are protected during transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of GoAnywhere MFT is on the higher side. Plus, the UI could use some slight changes to feel more modern. I also think there is a potential security risk if it's not configured properly due to human error. Some aspects of the initial setup can be difficult. It was a bit complex, honestly.

Another area that could be improved is the transformation process; some transformation steps require external processing instead of being handled fully within the system. It would be more convenient if everything could be managed in one place without relying on additional tools.
