What is our primary use case?
We use SignNow here mainly to sign internal documents and contracts.
Before, it was very tedious and time-wasting because everything was done by email. I had to print, sign, scan, and send it back.
Now it's much faster. It helps a lot with the problem of delays in closing agreements and with the organization of our documents.
How has it helped my organization?
By switching to SignNow, we reduced some of our time and errors.
We've become more efficient with reusable templates. Sending documents for others to sign has become easy.
What is most valuable?
I find creating templates to make processes more efficient valuable.
It has an easy-to-use and intuitive UI.
What needs improvement?
I wish there was more flexibility in the creation of templates.

I previously used DocuSign.

Does Everything We Need, with a Great Archiving System

What do you like best about the product?
The software itself did everything we needed, and the behind-the-scenes filing system was especially useful for archiving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support team was difficult to reach following onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the time it allowed us to easily send documents for HR and internal processes as well as company level agreements. It allowed us to easily track the information and send reminders to ensure the information was received back in time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that SignNow is easy to use and allows me to get documents signed without needing to be in person, which is really quick. I also appreciate that I can preload templates, which makes things faster for me. Rather than uploading the same document multiple times a day and filling in the same placeholders, this feature is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the new billing system. Only 100 invites are included, and then it's $1 extra for each additional one. We go through a lot of invites, so I prefer the old billing system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SignNow for signing documents as a mortgage broker. It's easy to use and helps get documents signed quickly without being in person. I like that I can preload templates, which saves time by not having to upload the same document repeatedly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like SignNow because of its ease of use. It's very easy to use and very easy to understand, which makes handling legal and professional documents straightforward.

I've never had any issues with SignNow.

No proximity restrictions. I use SignNow for signing documents when I'm not physically present, and it allows others to do the same for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates with the placeholders in SignNow. It's my favorite feature because it saves me a lot of manual work, allowing me to avoid personally editing each template on my computer. Having the templates pre-created and being able to simply prepopulate the client's info makes it easy. All I have to do is click which email to send it to. It's also pretty easy and straightforward to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think providing some type of notary would be helpful. Like, some type of area where we could just go directly with the notary. Actually, I do see that there is a notary here. I never realized that before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SignNow to easily send important documents for e-signature. It saves me from manual work by allowing me to create and store pre-populated templates with placeholders, making the process quicker and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I find SignNow to be very helpful for managing contracts on the road. It's great that I can easily use it while traveling because everything is now done via the app on my phone. The process is very easy, fast, and seamless. I like being able to scroll quickly through a contract and attach my signature by just tapping a button. The initial setup of SignNow was also very easy for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to save a signed document in a different way to send it as an email attachment. That's probably the one thing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find SignNow especially helpful on the road as it allows me to handle contracts easily on my phone, making the process fast and seamless without needing a computer.
