Turning Process Data Into Clear, Actionable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
The part I like most about Celonis is it provides you with clear pictures of complex process data that are understandable by everyone on the team. Not only does it illustrate bottlenecks, but it also demonstrates what happens when you address them, making for easy prioritization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the tool is, by its very nature, so data-driven it is also takes a fair amount of up-front elbow grease to ensure that there’s not only clean datasets, but also that these can sit in harmony with each other. When these building blocks are set up and tested carefully, the analysis that derives from them, along with its dashboards, is so powerful and impactful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to find inefficiencies, find areas of automation and accelerate decision-making has made the difference between making decisions with facts versus assumptions—it’s saving time, it’s allowing us to have transparency into what our business does and then from a resiliency perspective.

Although powerful, Celonis can be overwhelming for beginners. It requires significant training to understand process mining concepts and fully leverage the platform’s advanced analytical features.

Celonis solves the problem of hidden inefficiencies in business processes. By visualizing real workflows, it helps organizations see where delays and redundancies occur, leading to better optimization and faster operations.

Celonis gives deep visibility into end-to-end processes, helps identify inefficiencies, and provides actionable insights for optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel complex at first, and data integration/setup sometimes takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is helping uncover process bottlenecks, rework, and inefficiencies by giving real-time transparency into operations. For example, in one project on Accounts Payable, Celonis identified late and early payment patterns and helped optimize payment timings, which reduced costs and improved vendor relationships. This has improved decision-making, reduced costs, and increased overall process efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a great Process Mining Tool which provides visual flow to Management for any deviation in process
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not user friendly compared to competition and doesn't have plug and play feature in ERP

Trying to do process mining to extract deviation with End Goal as harmonizing Business process

What do you like best about the product?
We gained the maximum control of our system through Celonis. It helped us a great way to deal with the internal process optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes system can lag due to the server issues.

Celonis is optimizing our overall processes everyday by providing us AI powered solutions. Before Celonis, we had to do all the processes manually.

Celonis really helped with our business modelling specially with the Onboarding process. It also helped us a lot with our organizational structure development.

Customer support might be difficult to reach sometimes as they handle lots of customers at the same time.

its execution management it positions itself a a alternative for the likes of Execution Management System, This helps businesses see the wrongs in the system . But it gives step by step solutions to the said problems

The process of integrating it to pre-existing programs with in the business and complexity it gives to first time users of the system.

the visualization of ideas , that celonis helps with the recommendation and its automation to fast track the process of making that idea real

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Celonis takes complex, hidden processes and turns them into a clear visual map to show where inefficiencies lie and helps solve them through automation and smart recommendations. I like how it integrates with Salesforce and other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit hard to learn at first for users without a data background, some might feel overwhelmed without training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me make better decisions faster and reduce delays and get more work done with less effort, celonis helps solve the problem of not knowing where business are slow or inefficient and it shows exactly where time and resource are being wasted.
