The platform not only pinpoints inefficiencies but also offers actionable recommendations and automation options to address them. This transition from insight to action sets it apart in the market.
Additionally, I’m impressed by Celonis’ ability to integrate seamlessly with a wide range of systems, including ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle. This compatibility facilitates implementation without the need for extensive infrastructure changes. Its real-time data processing capabilities are also noteworthy, allowing for faster decision-making based on the latest operational data.
I also appreciate the introduction of App Store-like features, which allow users to explore pre-built applications designed for various use cases. This enhances the adoption process and tailors the experience to specific industries or departments.

Powerful and Business Centric tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is evolving at high pace and it's all about making business processes more efficient you can mine, analyse and create dashboards for visualisation at the same platform and many more things like automate your business processes. So much to do and so much to learn with Celonis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the same thing it's evolution at high and it's changing daily from navigation to everything you literally have to be in touch with the tool daily to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deviation a process go through and what should be the ideal steps and what we can do to make it more efficient and how to do it.Also, make it less human centric and tell where we can reduce or remove human error by automating the step or the whole process.

Lot of offers in place from Celonis. It has its in-house Pql used to create dashboards and tight coupling with SQL. Celonis has the latest methods to create an excellent dashboard for the leadership view

Celonis has too much to offer that it is confusing sometimes as to what should be considered and what not.They dont have updated documentation and also troubleshooting support is not available if you want to use data extractor on prem
