What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a user friendly software that when you have a spreadsheet, you can easily make it into an app that you can utilize anywhere instead of Excel. More recently Fastfield mobile app joined Quickbase, so together, its use cases are innumerable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing comes to mind right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracker for incidents, claims, and legal cases and accounts receivables. Other use cases soon will include training, quality control, property inspections, etc.

Customization and ease of use. Service is generally good. Automation feature

Pricing. There are many other solutions with a better value prop.

QuickBase is so easy to create new business processes, allowing us to track progress on jobs with additional value-added data points as we see fit

Unable to link to my CRM. This is more of an "us" issue than a QuickBase issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to see exactly at what stage all our projects are at any moment. Also allows us to manage workloads in departments and pushes tasks seamlessly between departments.
If you want to track or organization your business data/metrics, look no further.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create an efficient platform to enter data into that is customized to your exact needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an extremely large data store and haven't found an efficient native tool to export or back up our full data set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has provided a single platform for project management, asset management, time management and software management. I utilize multiple apps that I have created in Quickbase to handle the fore mentioned areas for our business.

Sometimes it doesn't load or submit the answers.

The ease of building functionality in the app

What do you dislike about the product?
Some high-level integrations require some learning curve and need more involvement of a technical person. That needs an understanding of APIs and web services. These integrations are not impossible but rather tricky.

Quickly transform business processes using inbuilt app creation and management. Drive customer satisfaction due to a minimal learning curve. Improve return on investment.

What do I like the best about Quickbase? Is it easy to use I love how you will log in and connect to your work easily! This is the worker-friendly application that I consider, among others!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Quickbase is that when all of the people are using, it might take longer to open and might crash sometimes but that's okay because no one is perfect, we just need to figure out how to work simultaneously without crashing the Quickbase....

What problems does Quickbose solve? It's the issues in our workplace like finding what were working and realizing that Quickbase helps us find it all the time, It helps me boost my performance and be fast in working!

The amount of customization QuickBase gives you really allows users to build the exact database they need.

There is a big learning curve needed to complete any type of customized table-to-table relationship.

Quickbase cathches accurate time upon login. Accurate at saving details and work notes so we can locate what we need when needed. Recommended to use anytime....

There are some minimal glitches upon using the app, the good thing is they could be fixed easily. Quickbase is an app that is recommended to new users..........

Quickbase helps us save a lot of time. We can save notes and keep all the information in one place. It was super easy to use, like me, who always lose my notes. A useful app for newbies and starting businesses.
