    What do you like best about the product?
    Quickbase is an amazing platform, how easy it makes organizing and tracking in one place. To working on this, we don't need to be technical expert, you can also build apps and workflows by dragging and dropping things around. It has been very helpful for us in keeping projects on track and cutting down on all the back and forth emails.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As far as my experience and usage with it, i have not found anything dislike about it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It has been very helpful in solving problems related of having data and processes scattered across different spreadsheets, email and tools. Earlier it was difficult to keep a track of who was doing what or to get updates in real time. But with the help of Quickbase everything is centralized like communication, workflows and data so projects move faster and with less confusion.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Quickbase made rapid app building easy for me, allowing me to quickly prototype and deploy solutions without the need for extensive development work. Its workflow automation is very effective, and the real-time data reporting helps keep everyone aligned. Additionally, it offers a range of flexible customization options.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    As the application grows, I find that the learning curve becomes quite steep. The configurations tend to get more complex, and I've also encountered performance issues when working with large data sets.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I have been using Quickbase for a year, and it has made it much easier for me to build internal applications, manage workflows, and get rid of disorganized spreadsheets.

    Quick Base has helped us set up a database outside of our main project, providing a reliable solution for systems that experience longer periods of downtime. It helped us to provide platform independent solution that anyone from the company can access data related to their nexus.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    This is a great data solution, but the main drawback is that the enterprise package is very expensive.

    Thanks to its straightforward documentation, integrating this product into various external projects is simple. The clear instructions and wiring make it an accessible and user-friendly option.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Quickbase has been a game change for our operations team at a mid sized construction firm. It's not perfect, but it delivers real value in streamlining workflows without the hassle of full scale development. And The drag and drop interface is intuitive, even for non-technical users like project manager and field staff. I love the seamless integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Salesforce, it pulls in data effortlessly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Pricing can add up quickly as you scale users or add premium features. Its not the cheapest option out there. Overall its amazing tool.

    QuickBase transformed our chaotic project tracking from spreadsheets into a centralized hub that reduced errors by 40% and shaved weeks off our reporting cycles.

    Not very full for a larger enterprise-level application if it's not planned properly. Customer Support could be better.

    With QuickBase, it's easy to create a workflow management application, and it also provides many integration channels via the pipeline feature, which helps to connect to many external systems with very little configuration
