Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Great selection of training: both the live and the self-paced trainings are some of the best I have seen. It is easy to start building apps, and so far we have not found many limitations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I repeat myself a lot when building apps. This could possibly be a user error, but I wish there was a more definitive way to bulk edit fields. For example, I had all 30 fields in a table required, but a design change had me go into the settings of all fields to change the requirement setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a few departments that use it for different things. Our IT Department uses it as their ticketing system, our MIS department uses it as a front end for our payroll system and our HR Department is using it to build apps for performance reviews, yearly objectives, accident database, etc.
User friendly buy powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a newer user of Quickbase I was skeptical of learning a new application, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how user friendly the program is. There are also several video trainings available that make it very easy to understand and get started immediately!
What do you dislike about the product?
Surprisingly I haven't found anything that I dislike about Quickbase. It seems to integrate with all of the programs we need, but I'm sure there will be something we don't like. So far, so good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with a company that has had a recent explosion of growth, and while doing so, we started to use multiple programs within different departments to manage projects and processes. Quickbase is able to replace many of them and can act as a central point of entry and can integrate with the applications we need to keep, and can insert the necessary data without duplication/triplication of data.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a fantastic low-code application development platform. It has great features out of the box such as role-based security, customizable dashboards, easy-to-configure reporting and a whole range of ways to integrate it into any application ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Quickbase has better ability to customize standard forms for improved user feedback and interactivity. Being able to update application state without reloading the entire form would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase makes it fast and easy to develop full-featured responsive web applications without the headaches and expenses of maintaining infrastructure, security and administration. Saves a lot of money. Allows developers to focus on solutions rather than technology.
Best Solution for Automatic Process
What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase can help us automatically process data from various resources including Excel, Google Sheets and more. Addition, Customer Support is great as they always answer my questions and have rich learning resources online.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inconvenience to share with large group of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As my team works on Google Sheet, Quickbase helps us to transfer process from Google Sheet to decrease manual input.

There is a learning curve, but once you are familiar with the environment it's a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Building relationships is easy, and creating a variety of reports is fairly intuitive. There's a lot of flexibility in database design and options to automate workflows. There are multiple resources within the community, albeit they may not be 1-to-1 for what you need to accomplish. Further, improvements to existing features (e.g. Forms) was a game changer. Release Notes on new products, features, and quality improvements via a centralized 'public' application is now accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there's documentation of its features on the corporate website and training modules, you will often find their provided examples rudimentary. If your plan does not include some form of technical support/office hours, you may take hours trying to work out and find a reliable and scalable solution for your database needs. If a product feature has a bug that is impacting your reports or notifications, it could take 5+ weeks for it to be resolved or addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of users build forms to help manage workflows and data entry. The UI has significantly improved, more customization and layouts. New email notification formats and easier pipeline development.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipeline is very helpful. We can integrate Quickbase with lot of third party Platforms and we can perform multiple actions in a single pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pipeline is craeted by one user is not visible to other. Although it is possible by service accouny. But i feel it should be visible to other admins as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase is low code platform so we are automating lot of thing like multi level approval, auto allocation with minimum coding and license cost is comparativelt less as comapred to other low code platforms.

Improve the document creation features and admin console.

Project details, status, and delays are easily tracked in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Quickbase is a user friendly software that when you have a spreadsheet, you can easily make it into an app that you can utilize anywhere instead of Excel. More recently Fastfield mobile app joined Quickbase, so together, its use cases are innumerable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing comes to mind right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracker for incidents, claims, and legal cases and accounts receivables. Other use cases soon will include training, quality control, property inspections, etc.
