Jira is a great tool to manage your projets activities and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very useful and intuitive tool to manage project delivery, starting from building the roadmap, sprints, stories and tasks.

Using JIRA for successful project management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides excellent usability to simplify collaboration between team members within a project, and helps managers and other leaders track status. Features can be tailored to personal preferences, with each ticket/feature viewable individually. An informative dashboard allows users to analyse progress in an informed manner, while custom filters further help to direct decisions specific to their organisation or customer needs. In addition, it displays data activity in real time, providing full visibility of all results through its responsive user interface - giving greater control over workflows and tasks than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Jira is not as easy to use as other alternatives, lacks key features I need and requires a higher investment than other alternatives. Its full capabilities are most effectively accessed from a computer rather than my phone, which limits its usefulness to me. It also has some niggles that can make it inconvenient and time consuming to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using JIRA has enabled us to stay on top of our service requests, allowing me to personally track productivity and identify potential issues before they become blockages.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the user interface, it is amicable, and it gives the user an excellent experience, I also really like that its learning line is fast, and very easy to navigate, the tool panel is very comfortable and dynamic to manage, it allows me to create and assign tasks in a very efficient way, it also allows me to establish priorities, and have a complete visualization of the project from start to finish, I love its team collaboration approach, which makes it a fundamental platform for our team, I like that I can see the status of the tasks in progress, see their progress and the real-time notifications are constructive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any disadvantages, it is a platform that works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability it provides to collaborate in a team, to assign a task or to be online with coworkers, share notes and comments with them, it is highly customizable and configurable so I can adapt it as much as I can to my needs. tastes and needs, it significantly optimizes the workflow, it integrates perfectly with other applications that enhance the good performance of this platform such as Slack, Google Calendar, Google Drive or Trello, it is also perfect for visualizing errors, I like it because I can also create and view tasks and subtasks, I love the prioritization system and even more I love the drag and drop option, it has predesigned templates that are very useful to start a project.

Jira Software can be challenging to set up and use, particularly for non-technical individuals. Its mobile application has limited functionality compared to the web-based version, making it an unsuitable option for users who require access to the tool while on the go.

Jira Software enables us to monitor the progress of multiple projects by utilizing various reports, which aid us in making informed decisions and taking action. Additionally, we utilize its integration capabilities with other software platforms such as Slack, GitHub, and Circle CI.

Jira is an very powerfull tool once setup.

Jiras new views is still a bit buggy at times.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira help us mange our development life cycle and spints.
We also use jira to document all functional and non functional requirements.
It our central point for all issues and even works as a know error database.

Needs a lot of improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The free version is giving us some basic features to use. Also the reports overview using free graphs are also good, giving us some basic insightss about the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the ui seems simple its not at all user friendly. I'm using azure Devops also. Personally I feel Azure DevOps is much more simple, user friendly and too powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira as a Task management, Bug Tracking and project management tool. Its a worldly using tool. So we don't need to give us extra introductions about jira to our stakeholders or clients. However personally I likes Azure DevOps.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is good to capture agile project management tasks in an effective manner. EPICs, user stories and subtasks make it easier to plan and assign responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time view can be improved so that activities can be scheduled based on their dependencies (start-to-finsh, start-to-start,...). This can help in analyzing impact of a delayed task on other dependent tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira to track all the sprints across all the EPICs. We can easily capture all the inter-EPIC dependencies and assign responsibilities to people for the right subtasks.
Power and easy to use Product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can have the personalized process flows, and change and update them at any time. The time-logging extension Tempo works very well, especially because it connects to Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is now that the old view is not available anymore, it is very tedious and time-consuming to re-attach files on a ticket if it already exists on the ticket, if you want to share it with the client. The old view allowed you to just reference the attached document whilst typing out your comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of issues and the progress of issues that the team needs to resolve. Also, good reference to look back on history items too.
