The best method for tracking software tasks, bugs, and fixes
What do you like best about the product?
This has been pretty much an industry standard while I've been working in tech: all three companies have used it. It's portable knowledge and well integrated with Bitbucket

It can be made overly complex with customizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables non-techies to report problems they're seeing and enables developers to address them, quantify them, establish a unique ID for them. Makes team development possible.

Very organized for Agile, features of burn down chat and pointing features

UI can be better, detail page of subtask an be better

Bugs/Defect Tracking, Test Cases Management, Customized workflows, and reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the top project management tool I have ever used. The ability to create dashboards and have various views helps us track the statuses of the projects that need immediate attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this moment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migrating to Jira really helped us track the projects efficiently and gave us visibility about the progress being made on the projects and bugs/issues that have been identified.

Powerful and very customizable, it helps teams organize work and assign tasks, integrates with third-party tools like GitHub and many others, and is very good for agile teams

One of the most reliable product for product management
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is one of the best product to manage product which provides flexibility for developers as well as product managers to track the progress of each task

There is nothing which I want to change for JIRA

It is resolving problem of managing product development progress. Team can track each and every step of product development without putting much effort

I like the way JIRA provides environment to manage task tickets, backlogs and run sprints for development and other management related work

I can't think of anything which JIRA needs to improve

JIRA is great product to resolve product management related issues and track progress of different pieces of product development.
Good ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of things a Jira admin can do, such as edit tickets and create tickets for other users. It allows me to be more specific for tickets when users aren't

One thing which I dislike about Jira is somtimes going through the ticket statuses can be quite clunky when trying to close a ticket

It allows people to create tickets for us which we can easily track and archive so we can go back and check past issues to see how to solve current ones
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use with clear sectioning and an understanding of what to put where.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there are any downsides to using Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us contact the IT department if we are having issues with the software we use or need access to another product we don't already have. It benefits us as we directly have a record of the tickets we put in and can see who helped us.
Best tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking system of Jira is great and accurate. From the start to the end of a project, the platform manages and notifies every change made to it and even notifies when the project gets assigned to someone else. Such notification and tracking helps users to focus on the project more and keep them updated regarding the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no chat or real-time conversation tool available, due to which, in case of specific requirements or changes needed in the project, clients or users have to comment on it and wait till the user responds. Other than this, the experience has been great with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is a platform that keeps track of the progress of a project from its start to its end. It also notifies about any changes needed or updation done through mail as well on the web, which helps the user to be up to date about the project they are working on.Even splitting of large projects to be divided among team members has become very easy due to Jira.
