Easy for end users to understand, very configurable to suit organisation's needs.
What do you like best about the product?
From a user perspective, the interface is simple to understand and can be configured to suit personal preferences (it recognises that not all end users like the same ways of approaching their work).
It is fully configurable and can also be set up in a way the empowers (what I would call) 'super users', so not all admin functions fall to the in house experts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of add-ons that you need to purchase to get the maximum benefit from this product, if being used in a busy and agile environment.
Out of the box will suit many business types, but it soon grows and licensing is generally on a full license basis, (i.e. if you have a 1000 users all with a license, an add on will also attract 1000 licenses even if the add-on is only used by a handful of people).
