From long term user or Jira: Ins and out of it
What do you like best about the product?
It is a project management tool that helps track the project's status by creating tickets, issues, bugs, etc. Though it is not for simpler projects and is a heavy weight in deed, it is worth every penny for what it offers. It tracks team member work and improves their productivity; for managers, it gives charts of all kinds, burn-down charts, project deliverables speculation, kanban boards, scrum board and excellent integration with other tools like confluence and bitbucket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, yes it is expensive just keeps adding up depends on the features you need. It is complex to learn and use. At times it becomes very slow and unresponsive even. it is for complex projects not for small teams (which can be burden ).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve the project management problem that can be helpful for teams of mostly not for small sizes ( may be for all sizes) to track their work and improve their productivity.

sometimes doesn't load the names of users you're trying to tag

Jira has revolutionized the way our application development team manages projects and collaborates effectively. As an agile project management tool, Jira offers a comprehensive set of features that have significantly improved our productivity and streamlined our workflow.
The flexibility of Jira's project management system is excellent. It allows us to create and customize boards, workflows, and issue types tailored to our specific project requirements. The ability to define our own workflows and track tasks through different stages has tremendously enhanced our team's efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
I thoroughly enjoy using Jira and have not encountered any aspects that I dislike. Jira has proven to be an invaluable tool for our team's project management and collaboration needs.

JIRA has got a lot of option plus custom features to track almost every sort of project activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
JiRA sometimes looks like a very complicated UI

What do you like best about the product?
I adore that Jira supports agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. It provides features like backlog management, sprint planning. For 2 years it has helped our team to effectively manage our agile projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess, Jira is not available in some countries, so it was impossible to connect from Ukraine. I used VPN and it worked. I hope that Jira propose some solutions for every country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides a nice centralized platform where our team can track and manage all the processes. It offers real-time visibility into the progress of tasks, enabling team members and stakeholders to stay updated on project status. When the Project Manager assign me for a task, I get notified in a few seconds and we can update our status at any moment.
One stop hub for complex project management
What do you like best about the product?
Perfect for managing agile projects, managing product backlog, review sprint burn down charts/reporting. It's also integrated with Confluence which is a great choice for documentation management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There might be a learning curve for folks who are new to agile or query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was managing complex digital marketing projects and Jira was great for product backlog management and we would use it to review story/sprint status during daily stand ups.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a really powerful tool for Project & Product management. It is highly customizable so you can use it for any type of delivery methodology. I am able to manage large programs effectively and easily using Jira.

Nothing at this time - it is highly customizable with the right access.
