JIRA review
What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes keeping track of tech issues really easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Jira. We've integrated it with Zendesk, so it's even more powerful now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me work with the dev team to solve issues faced by our customers
Jira is a relatively easy tool to use to manage tasks across teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations between Jira tickets and confluence documents, bitbucket branches etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The team boards and planning boards are unintuitive, and epics need to have mutliple layers and spikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility across team members and current status of tasks
Jira is a platform for backend users with some knowledge.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows for good organization, setup, reporting and so on for companies interacting with internal users or external users. There is definitely a lot of room to press for anyone looking for something they can utilize. Regarding hitting integrations, you need to know some of the backend things but its pretty formidable and available to users on both sides of the coin, you can create multiple channels to separate departments and that is a major bonus for companies that need lots of internal users on the platform. This is a key feature in my personal opinion as most companies have many different teams who need to get in and handle what is happening within their customer base or employee internal set. I also like the ability to change the submitter or invite users to join the ticket, that really makes things a bit easier for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again if you want to do any type of integration, you really need to know how to do backend items. API Tokens, advanced items are kind of limited - Otherwise, this is a pretty decent program and gives us the bandwidth we need. The only other thing is that the verbiage is meant for external customer base, not internal employees, so everything appears as if it were to respond to a customer. It is currently a bit frustrating to move tickets and sometimes when you change status items - they break or there is so much detail to add that sometimes things just get missed- like users, problems, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It acts as a company and internal ticketing system for various departments. It also allows us to forward emails and connect different options for users to submit those tickets which is a bonus.
it was very complicated to use at the beginning and had many tools that could not be hidden
What do you like best about the product?
I think the tracking of the roadmap was very good to see the status of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
the backlog is very difficult to organize, many fields had to be filled in to be able to have a good order
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
improving the UX of the application as such by making it a bit more intuitive
The Jira is the best SAAS (Software As a Service) platform in the software industry.
What do you like best about the product?
In Jira, the best thing is writing Jira Queries, and the ticket filter process is the best. Also, creating tickets for developers and testers is such an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing: whenever we create the ticket, first the chart flow decides the user, but Jira defines it as unassigned. If the user is unassigned, then it's difficult to get the ticket. Also, the maximum user capacity for free use is ten, so please increase the user capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is best for scrum planning for developers and testers. Developers know which work they have to do. For business, it's good for managing the work and the team. At this position, I am a developer. From a developer's perspective, I know what type of work I have to do in this sprint. In Jira, we have the feature of time logging, which allows us to know how much time I have taken to resolve the ticket. Time is the most important thing at this time.
Amazing Tool Developed By Atlassian
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is best tool to work with. There are lots of integration possible with JIRA and that also can be integrated into various other tools. Jira has upgraded its features a lot and i am using this as primary ticketing tool. Jira works very smooth and the UI is very user friendly. We can integrate multiple parent child tickets to Epics.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA has a few limitations like it is difficult to implement and work on waterfall model. Whereas for Agile model also it is not very much preferable. Sometimes it becomes tedious when multiple stories are been attached to single epic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps us with very much of Service based request as well as with our basic ticketing tools. There are lots n lots of projects been integrated to JIRA and accordingly we can use jira. There was issue of exports but that was also solved. Even the Kanban integrated under jira is also very much useful for entire team members to keep track of tickets.
Atlassian's best Agile Product for IT Professional.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it's reporting, kanban, third-party tool integration, Onboarding, IAM, Secure SSO, Documentation using Confluence and also managing deployments too with webhook integration with CD tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is a little complex which requires technical knowledge.
Open source Tool some time not easy to intigerate, but most of the things are now available in the marketplace.

It solves our problems like capacity planning, covering technical tasks within the timeframe and achieving delivery on time, it's easy to generate the benchmark of every individual.
Project, story and issue management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a well organized project management tool, where you track all your process, alloted work through issues and stories.
Managing a issue through different stages is easy because of its tracking, kanban implementation, workflow and much more customisations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira UI feels like old school, UI needs an improvement, a new user can easily the confuse.
Can notice small bugs here and there and can be annoying few times.
Initial setup is hard.

We are using jira for project management, we create stories, issue so that tasks can be within different teams and to different individual and are well tracked

Jira works fine
What do you like best about the product?
Can link tickets together and choose the relationship between tickets (e.g. a ticket caused another ticket, or is a parent of a separate ticket). Can change status of tickets in a flexible manner (e.g. ready, in progress, blocked, closed). Can create new/custom ticket statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a ticket is closed from a previous sprint, can't easily access the ticket unless you remember the ticket number. Some tickets only show up on certain boards, so you may be missing tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sprints, prioritizing tickets, cross-functional teamwork between teams that need tickets linked together. Serves as a history of work in case something needs to be worked on in the future.
Jira allows us to manage advanced project management features
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the software that I have used the longest because it has allowed me to have advanced functionality and highly configurable content by providing services in task and project management and thanks to this we have been market leaders for a long time. It has a pretty good design with the control panel and task tracking which allows an almost perfect collaboration with any internal work team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the learning curve is quite high with our trainees, which causes them to standardize projects too much and not get to the point we want. If you do not get to configure the work panel well the return will be delayed and the same investment will have delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is the best tool to manage projects and reports, it offers us as a tool a good experience with the workflow in real time and we have no problems when we make collaborations and integrations with third party software at enterprise and personal level which is very good for us as companies and for our customers.
