I have been a site-level administrator for Jira while working at APTY, I Couldn't find anything that is not possible with Jira. In fact i have created a Service desk in Jira using all the customization options available with Jira
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Highlighting the blockers using the Jira board
2. I share a detailed Percentage of feature completion reports during my weekly leadership meeting
3. Burndown charts are helping the team with all the frequent scope changes and improve on planning

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps us to maintain the flow of our various projects it comes with different built-in tools wich makes the works a lot easier and faster, it helps to create the roadmap and map out all project progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of this application is a bit higher as if you don't have that vast organization then spending money on this will cost you more apart from that it is the best tool in their field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us to create the roadmap of our projects and help us to track the progress for the projects like which team has assigned which task and what is the progress on their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly layout in managing projects and working on board. We use this for all our projects and its very helpful in keeping things manageable and every member of team can work together
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of improvements required, e.g: the workflow in the team-managed board can be made fixed, importing/exporting issues need to be improved, help needs more improvements in guiding used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects and showing our work done, work left, and work in progress in the form of tickets on the Kanban board is the main problem we are solving. Other then this there are many things which Jira is supporting like burndown cart, project tracker etc

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and breaking up structure of user stories and tasks really easily for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Less initial knowlegde and literally no help from the pop ups or glossary inside the interface itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task prioritisation and completion with the option of assigning the tasks between different professionals within the team.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jira is its ability to track software development lifecycle stages from developer planning to quality assurance and bug fixing. Also feature of cloning a ticket in Jira makes it very handy for product managers to make clones of tickets and can also create sub-tasks for tickets and manage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major thing I dislike about Jira is that it does not show a statistical analysis of the bandwidth allocation in a team. Also to mark a ticket completed some states of Jira software irritate users as they have to go through individual states to mark a ticket closed or delivered. There should be an option to close a ticket directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving one of the greatest problem in software developers life by making it easy to track progress of their development and it also creates a transparency towards the stakeholders as they can always track the progress of the developers. Jira helps in taking quick actions for the reported bugs or feature additions into the products and it is benefitting greatly to Information Technology (IT) industry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation to every company would be to go blindly with Jira software for tracking lifecycle of software development. It will make tracking progress of issues very organised and easy to manage and will help greatly in saving time and generating revenue for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it, it's super flexible and that's what I like the most about the application, it's fast and easy to use, its user interface is really clean and I love that it's extremely customizable, creating projects and tasks is very easy, I I love their Kanban and Sprint boards and I also like that they can be used in the same project, the reports are fast, I love that I can customize the workflow of each project, that is, each project has its flow, it is quite intuitive, very easy for team collaboration, I like the "roadmaps" option, I like the ease and resources that the project manager has, the instant notifications are a delight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has really minimal details, there are not many things to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is highly configurable, I love that I can configure the workflows of each project and that makes life easier, the Kanban scheme and the clean interface of the software make an important difference, and the communication with my teammates is optimal and first-level, In addition, instant notifications are a fundamental part of that communication, ticket management is really intuitive, it is very easy to have everything organized with this software, creating reports is really simple.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I totally recommend this software to have agile and efficient management of projects in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and convenient to use. You can manage workflows efficiently within your teams and you can assign tickets to other team members as well. The Kanban board is very easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it becomes very tedious to move the tickets from one project to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in managing project workflows and tasks. Also, Jira confluence can be used for project documentation. It is beneficial for us because I can now manage tasks of my own and assign tasks properly to my other team members.

Try to keep your project's workflow simple and readable.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using JIRA for more than a decade now and it is one of the best tools for work management within an enterprise team. I use JIRA to track user stories with team and the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Find a few difficulties in configuring the same during the initial project configuration. The effort from the sub-task can be improved so that whatever is being added against sub-tasks can automatically deduct from the total estimate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work management - Your team efforts and progress can easily be tracked and can take appropriate action as needed. This will avoid last-minute challenges which can affect delivery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
No second thought on JIRA. It is by far one of the best tools for project work management.
