What do you like best about the product?
I feel the User interface is simple and understandable. Creating tasks or issues is pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to navigate back and forth to update subtasks or in issue activities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I solve are time tracking, task tracking, and effort tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good starter project/product management tool. Consider it first when planning to track your activities

What do you like best about the product?
I like the following things about JIRA:
- Rich issue tracking system
- Integration with BitBucket
- Sprint planning and task board
- Timesheet feature
- Dashboard with custom widgets
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing that I dislike about JIRA, but yes they can make a cost-effective subscription for small enterprises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used JIRA as a project management tool in our organization. We were running our scrum and doing all the planning through it. We have used it for user story creation, issue tracking, time-sheets submission, report generation, and various other scrum activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best agile project management tool. Go for it if you have the following requirements:
- Sprint planning
- Issue tracking
- Timesheet management
- Report generation

What do you like best about the product?
The additive features for every level of users available in JIRA makes it simplified and most reliant on agile development tool. Bug tracking and estimation deadlines are well presented according to icons
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside found in the JIRA Board was the search for Sprint based plan efforts for a large organization that withholds sprint planning and keep a version history record with it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira board has helped to solve immediate reports to the Business client as well as the solution Architect and make multiple levels of effort tracking, bug fixing, and sprint planning easy

If you are planning to grow into agile development JIRA Board is the recommended tool to start with

What do you like best about the product?
Creating issues easily, sprints to keep track of issues and performances, various issue types
What do you dislike about the product?
No collaboration features to communicate with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily keeping track of my own issues and my team's issues. Can plan roadmaps and sprints as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended for medium to large teams to plan for features, releases, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best tools I have used, the way they manage products is perfect and suitable for all. I used it for assigning tasks, time management, the priority of assignments, spending time on each task, and Report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the pricing of Jira is costlier compared to asana. And this is the only reason I left Jira few months back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Time tracking, task allocation, updates, and many more things resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great solution that empowers our developers and business teams to deliver projects across our entire software delivery program. We continue to adopt the new features of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are not fully functional, which makes workflows for our teams cumbersome and can cause delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deliver all of our software delivery projects with Jira. It gives our business teams and leadership insight into project delivery timelines and assists with making informed decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When configuring Jira, ensure it is configured reusable, so users are familiar with the structure. It is also beneficial to have key team members that can assist users with setting up their projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing projects (EPICs) is very easy compared to other related platforms. Have been very helpful in managing RPA projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to Azure Dev Ops, easy of use is not that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is helping us in overall program management wherein we track the progress of multiple Automation projects and helps us manage the project lifecycle.

Very easy to use and for tracking team progress. Good Dashboarding capabilities for team-level tracking.

Not flexible in the issue structure. When working on large-scale initiatives, this leads to confusion.
