What do you like best about the product?
It can be very easy to track the work and the defects,the description and the links to the related issue can be tracked under a single ticket. The stages of development can also be set and can follow agile methodology

There is nothing much i like every functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am developer i solve defects raised by the testers ,i can work using agile and keep a track of my progress and can be easy to connect and track defects raised by the tester
Satisfactory Tool to Submit and Organize Support Tickets
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful for submitting support tickets in a centralized place so that individuals outside of my team that handle the tickets can see them, have them assigned, and update their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to find tickets that others have submitted. Because of that, I always end up creating a new ticket, even if it is regarding a problem or suggestion already discussed in someone else's ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows me to submit support tickets in a centralized place and an organized manner. I can quickly submit tickets because creating tickets is straightforward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira search bar doesn't allow easily finding tickets by problem or suggestion, so it is hard to see if someone has already submitted a ticket about a problem or suggestion I am also having. That causes me to submit more tickets than I may need, giving me additional work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track communications across teams for technical resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone who may not be familiar with 'tech applications,' it can be a bit intimidating at first glance. I am familiar with Jira and ServiceNow, so I understand the platforms, but it can be intimidating to team members that are not familiar with these applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Which can be used for agile development. It is very user friendly. Everthing in Jira is self-descriptive. One can create a task in a very short interval of time. Moving your task to test approval will consume minimum amount of time compared to other products. What best thing about Jira is its User Interface, it is very captivating. They have a appealing icons for defect, internal defect and issue. It is very easy to track defects in jira as it will display all the defects which are assigned to your name.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things I don't like Jira are when you have to create a task in a defect you have to choose the More button and in that you need to choose Create Sub-task in it. There should be a button in the defect to create a task directly, the current process is very tedious. One more thing that I don't like is there shouldn't be "In Progress" button jira. The status of the task should automatically changed to "In Progress" after the creation of the task. Right now we have to move every task to progress after creating it by clicking on "In Progress" button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems which are mainly solved by jira are-

It is very user-friendly and a good product. Works very smoothly. You will not be disappointed.
Using JIRA is not AGILE
What do you like best about the product?
It is an enterprise solution which you cannot ever be blamed for implementing
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRAs use is very restrictive and often at odds with their own internal recommended best practices. It has a very high overhead and is often very slow to use with no dedicated desktop app for the cloud product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA functions for product management and task creation and delegation. That's what it does and it does do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at your product workflow and determine if it EXACTLY fits the Jira workflows they have available. If not, JIRA is not customizable to fit your needs and you will have to change to Jira's methods. If so, it may be a great fit.

What do you like best about the product?
i have been using JIRA software to track all progress of any project that we build. Basically it allows us top track progress at a various levels like : Assignee , Reporter, Descriptions of ticket that we raise in ticket. Any comments that we wants to update using JIRA ticket we can monitor all progress that has been made in a given task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't seen any ambiguity till now, and it's very fine as it is user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using JIRA-Software to create ticket , and in each ticket we mention the requirement that we wanted and reporter , and ticket descriptions . It helps in raise any using JIRA Ticket that we face while software development , and assign to convern developer to resolve that issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps me keep track of all the issue tickets that have been assigned to me. The purpose of the dashboard is self-evident. All of your projects, allocated tickets, issues in progress, and favorite filters are kept in a separate section. You may check the status of your tickets right from the dashboard or the ticket details page. On the ticket details page, you can add a comment, tag someone, start/stop progress, change the ticket status using numerous methods, and much more. When you make a change to a Jira ticket, an automated email is sent to the appropriate person to let them know. From the ticket details page, we can easily modify the assignee and assign the issue ticket to anyone. Jira makes it simple for you to manage your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only criticism I have is that Jira does not notify you if you leave a Jira ticket open and someone else makes a change. You'll get an unknown token error and have to reload the page if you try to update the issue ticket later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company, we use Jira tickets to create problem tickets, on-call issues, Epic links, and FEATs projects. We've linked Jira and Gerrit, so when we merge the code for that Jira problem report, a Gerrit link appears in the comments automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira has shown to be one of the best solutions for managing issue tickets, projects, epic links, and much more. I strongly advise you to use this service. Just go for it; I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a little bit heavy to run I believe. Also it would be better to have an introduction for each of the feature and automation. There are some automations in Jira, but I didn't get to explore it because it seems a little bit complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management, where I need to break down tasks, assign it to people, and keep track on the updates daily. I've realized with Jira I can do that structurally, and I think it's a good platform for team collaboration
