Best tool for collaborative working and issue raising
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Jira is very easy to use and to raise issues to my team based on the projects I work on. Multiple dashboards can be created and used to track progress on each of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I love the UI of Jira, sometimes tracking issues becomes a confusion based on assignee and reporter. Overall this tool is still a really good one to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to work with my team on software testing projects. While my teammates create issues and notify about the same, I also get to keep track of each issue easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would certainly recommend Jira to everyone who is in need of management of projects in the simplest way possible.

Jira allows you to create any sort of issue, and workflow is customizable according to one's requirement or the company's need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is hard to set up, and there is no built-in timeline to track the project progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client reports the encountered issue, and we can work on it, and the client too can track the progress on its reported issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks may be prioritised, assigned to the appropriate person, progress tracking, and the sprint well planned. The issue-linking function can connect one issue to other problems or tasks. Kanban boards are also helpful in managing small teams or projects. The total time spent on a specific job may be recorded, and a time report can be created. The status of a task may be easily modified. Email notifications can be sent to follow up on the issue updates, comments can be posted, and integration with Crucible, SVN, and Jenkins is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA is a really useful and convenient program, thus we couldn't find anything to hate about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is software that is used to not only log bugs, but also to plan, manage, and track your work while working on a project. For such, there is a Burndown Chart. Looking at this graph, you can see how much has changed. Furthermore, the Velocity Chart is a useful report that illustrates how much work was completed in a sprint as well as the team's overall capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the APis feasibility to connect most of the external systems to integrate with jira.that help us alot in our organization and to sort out our integration with external systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
the licensing part in jira is not so attractive at all .for each product or scheme a different license to be purchased which some time not suitable for shot firms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have integrate out third party solution with jira to create incidents and API feasbility in jira help this out to make this possible.and we have now able to create incidents on jira .

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Jira is you can create your own dashboard, what you want to see and how you want to see it including charts, timeline etc.
Apart from this, I can manage all my task using my own custom filter is the best things about Jira.

Sometimes, While creating the task it gives error about token expiration and also created the task for the same.

We using Jira Software in our software development life cycle process to keep track of tasks, bugs, and deadlines.
Jira is great if you're a large company and have folks dedicated to maintaining your tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Jira is its flexibility and ability to be configured for a variety of teams. The enterprise level reporting and dashboard features are nice as well, if you're at a large company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be incredibly cumbersome to setup and get configured in a way that makes sense for the way you work. It's too much overhead for startups and smaller teams that try to keep process simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my favorite parts of Jira is the ability to create your own Dashboards. It lets different roles get insights that are tailored to their role.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is great if you have large teams and need to ensure everyone is following the same process. Not easy if you are still figuring out the best ways to work or want to work with minimal overhead.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira's structure and customization abilities. I have always worked in agile/scrum framework and Jira really fits our process. I'm not a developer but the integration with GitHub gives me an overview of the status of the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often happens that I forgot to save an edit that I have made to a ticket. When I closed a sprint and move all the unclosed tickets to the next sprint it doesn't go all at the top and get mixed with other tickets.

Jira is essential to prioritize a product backlog and organize sprints. I also use dashboard and widget to track velocity and how the development is doing. Jira is also a good source of information for features develop in the past

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create tickets, tasks, and subtasks also very easy to track the tickets along with the time logging. The search feature is also very good, we can search on the basis of the task, name, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing which I dislike about the Jira is that we can not add the custom status for the tickets and tasks. It gets difficult to manage all the tickets according to the default status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management have become very easier for us when we started using Jira. Now it's very easy for us to plan for the sprint and to have a birds-eye on the progress.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature of kanban boards. Especially I am a person who loves the aesthetics of something. So the kanban boards have helped to identify the most important things and prioritize my works without any clutter. Also, Continuous Integration has helped me so much!!!

Mmmm well I do not dislike any feature particularly. When we take over all of the platforms it doesn't have any issue at all. Everything is well organized. So I am satisfied as it is.

The most important problem I overcame through using this that this platform has helped me to overcome the problem of prioritizing tasks. Before I started using Jira I had so many troubles when prioritizing tasks.

I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to manage and complete their tasks while prioritizing and ticking off tasks one by one. Especially I recommend this to anyone who works smart more than to someone who works hard. Because this product makes your life easy and saves a huge amount of time and energy which leads to the most important part, the mental health.Because I think the most important thing we should have finally is mental health. THis product saved my stress and made me better every day possible. So this product is for you to save your self before making a mess out of your life.

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best tool an organization can use to manage a project and track bugs; it is agile and easy to use and has impressive team collaboration features, is extraordinarily configurable and collaborative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being so flexible to be configured, the learning curve is a little bit difficult for the team and the admins, and the pricing is on a higher side as you pay per user and end up spending a lot.

Jira helps us in product/project management, to maintain deadlines across projects, and track all the bugs; it has enabled us to be more efficient and effective in all the aspects related to development.
