Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
With the help of this tool i can perfectly manage the project lifecycle & helps me in delivering higher quality software. Keeping track of issues, assign them , prioritise it & change their status which provide more accuracy. Integartion with other apps helps you to manage project lifecycle more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can assign a maximum of 2 types of users to the user stories. It doesn't allow multiple users to be assigned to the same story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can track the project versions &progress of the tasks. Also able to re-prioritize the bugs & user stories. With the help of integrating other apps, also able to handle it more productively.

What do you like best about the product?
Swim Lane status base management of progress. It is a great visualization tool for ongoing processing in manufacturing. Easy to share in board meetings with the rest of the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure If I have come across anything that I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking RMAs in the company. These are returned parts from the customer. To visualize how they flow throughout the process is very useful for the team. Accessible to spot out outliers

Try the tool; it may be exactly what you need for status tracking in the manufacturing environment. Non a traditional approach but very helpful

Best in industry. As of today there are no other tools which match features provided in Jira for project management and bug tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to migrate to and set up. Previously we spent a lot of time adjusting our workflow and management on other platforms including Trello and it never truly worked. Since we moved to Jira, the problem with bouncing between platforms was a real headache for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling permissions and external collaborators on specific projects is way to complicated, especially when adding new people. Also transfering issues between projects is not simple, there should be a drag and drop option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all of our team members and external collaborators on one platform, to track progress and monitor work helped us save tons of time, money, and energy on long documents and emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have doubts and you are frustrated with tons of incomplete PM cloud services i highly recomend Jira. It's easy to migrate to, very easy to get around and understand and also offers free version to start with. Go for it.

Jira is a great product by Atlassian. Jira widely used for Agile Project Management and Bug tracking tools.
Some cool features are:
- Very Good user interface for bug reporting, task creation and user story creation.
- Task Status, project log and spring can be managed by Drag and Drop option
- Awesome reports which loved by Management and Stakeholders
- Team and Workgroup can be created and managed
- End to end project management possible
- Easy integration with Business Workflow Tools
- Bulk task creation and bulk status upload are possible.
- Personalised dashboard can be created and saved.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Jira tool for the past eight years in different organizations; this tool is with me. We are using this for project management, bitbucket integration, Confluence integration, and even for CI/CD. Everything is in one place. Also helpful to see reports, scrum performance, and stats. It has many valuable gadgets and widgets for custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some beginners, its interface is a little confusing, like role management- project-wise. Sometimes some open-source reports/ gadgets fail to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, ticket fixes in development work—communication with other parties.

Flexibility. Finally, Jira Cloud has simplified features for simple use-cases. You can just set up your project and go.

Still there are some issues inherited from old, super-complicated on-premise Jira. Like permission flows, project flows, issue transitions.
