jira Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very catchy and good. The dashboard is good from where things are easy to understand. It is easy for the PMO office to assign tasks to individuals and keep track of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions in Jira are somehow complicated. We have to browse many options to find a configuration/setting. The mobile application is not good. UI needs improvements. The upload file size limit is too small, 10MB only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it for project management, performance monitoring, and bug tracking. PMO office owns Jira from where employees' performance and efficiency were calculated and monitored.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is good, but you can find a better alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
For more than two years, I've been utilising JIRA. It's the best platform for bug tracking and it's really simple to use.
As a QA, I enjoy working on JIRA because of its simple search feature, problem recording console, and user interface.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, if this question had been posed a year ago, I would have given a better answer. JIRA had a lot of problems a year ago, like when you add a screenshot, it doesn't show up when someone attempts to open your logged ticket. However, the same thing happened while trying to upload a video file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other team members can also monitor their team members' work and see what updates are being made on a certain assignment, making it simple to take over the task if a team member is unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
In my organization, we have been using Jira to manage daily tasks and projects, and to be honest; it has been a great success. It's fantastic the way this tool allows me to collaborate with my team and helps me to stay focused on my day-to-day activities. Jira provides transparency in the control and supervision of projects, so I don't lose sight of El Progreso in general; I love this tool.

I find some complexity in managing users and assigning permissions, and its interface, although good, is not the most intuitive or friendly for end-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has played a vital role in the day-to-day running of our organization and has helped us to increase our productivity and efficiency when working on our tasks and projects. The environment is clean, organized, and has features that have facilitated collaboration between work teams. Its ability to control and track projects has helped us visualize the picture and ensure that everything is progressing on schedule.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is a very flexible and competent project manager; it is easy to adapt to any business and puts at the fingertips of end-users a myriad of valuable resources to collaborate, advance, and monitor tasks and projects efficiently; it is worth it.
Jira is the best Project Management tool for the enterprises to track and manage project
What do you like best about the product?
Entire project management will happen through Jira. All the sprint planning, issues, defects related to the project can be maintained and tracked in Jira. Project progress can be easily tracked. Jira can be integrated into Bitbucket. When the ticket is moved to in progress status, bitbucket will automatically create a feature branch for the developer working on that Jira ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Jira is integrated with Bitbucket, sometimes when we move ticket to inprogress, brnach wont be created, you need to inform your system team to check for the issue. This issue will happend in rare cases. Apart from that everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us track our project correctly, helps plan sprints, and assigns tickets to the developers to follow it. The Sprint board helps to see the overall sprint report. Developers can directly create a pull request from Jira. Beneficial tool for developers and project managers.

Jira for the most part succeeds in being the tool for every use case. Very customizable with most of the common views for project management you would expect (kanban, backlog, roadmap). JQL is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it tries to be the tool for everyone, it won't really handle your use case really well. The UI can be clunky and customized fields are typically hard to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single project management tool for the entire company. For all its faults, there isn't really another tool out there that can be flexible enough for all our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides many features like boards, dashboards, creating issues, task etc. The functionality of story creation with story point serves the task or story deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement of tasks or story from one phase to another phase like from development to deployment is not smooth and lag sometimes. User interface should improve and reflect the correct functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for bug tracking, issue monitoring and overall agile development of software engineering. It helped in creating story and tasks in sprint for team and achieving the goals as per deadlines.

I love to use Jira for the tracking of software and application bugs. It also provides the strength to plan agile work from project management to sprints etc. It has a great feature to track project timelines.

I nothing dislike. However, if JIRA provides live communication with teams, it will help developers.

I solve many problems with JIRA, bug tracking, reporting charts, velocity, project timelines management, etc.

I highly recommend JIRA to others for project management, bug tracking, reporting, etc. JIRA is an excellent tool for the project management of businesses. It provides customizable workflows and frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
Implementation of Agile methodologies with Jira Software is very impactful and streamlined. I this Software adds value in every case you deploy it as a project manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pre-built Dashboards is something that needs more customization and needs to be made more user-friendly. Otherwise, I can not complain about anything else as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It efficiently allows all stakeholders to easily get their arms around the work immediately. Hence, keeping track of all the stories and backlogs and planning the sprint was very efficient and collaborative.

In my opinion, no other software comes close.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a robust task management system with the extensibility to make it more than that through creative automation and integrations.

The User Interface at first is not super intuitive.
The API Documentation of Jira could use some work. Integrating with Jira was no easy task, and it was hard to figure out how best to integrate with it.

I am using Jira as an integration consultant, meaning I help clients automate and integrate Jira with other systems. I have seen clients use Jira as a task management suite and as sort of a make-shift CRM.
