Best project tracker tool for agile teams
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to manage team work asynchronously

It's not so intuitive, so takes time to learn how to use it.

The ability to track multiple complex projects while also capturing important analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that in Jira Service Management and Jira Work you could add clickable checklists to tickets without going through a third party.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Redirecting requests for service to various departments and projects to an official ticketing system with standardized workflows and SLAs prevents confusion and duplication of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Designate a seasoned professional to teach others how to maximize the software capabilities.
Agile, Reliable Product Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Jira's functionality and ease of use to create queue and work boards on software products is like no other software in the market. I also enjoy its third party integrations available that my company uses with our other software tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want do not dislike is the management system with giving user access to our colleagues. We do encounter issues with understanding if a user has the appropriate user access to create/edit within Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been solving how we tracks our bugs/features requests for our application that we provided to our clients. We have a portal where these reported bugs and feature requests can be recorded and be adjusted in the appropriate queue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best way to use Jira is to understand the workflow that it will serve for the problem you are trying to fix.
Best Project Management Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the User Interface of this tool because it looks modern, fast and response. Really great tool for all types of projects. We can create tickets according to the aligned tasks. It works on agile methlogy. We can gives times estimation to the client very easily. It gives transparency to the team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issue. Great tool for our team.

Now we can assign tasks to the members. It gives transparency to the team member. Everyone can see the assign tasks, time estimations and efforts. It increase our project performance and saves lots of time.

JIRA is the basic and most important thing during the development of any software. We use it for issue tracking, bug tracking, and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Mobile version is not that much user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this application is that it is really simple, its ease of use and its friendly and intuitive interface is really a pleasure for the user, I like how easy it is for the user to create tasks, subtasks or any project, with filters and panels, what I like the most is that the teamwork is real, anyone can access the task and check its current status and what changes have been made, I love how well the search option works, the integration with Slack is exquisite Plus it also has an alert and notification system that works great, and I love the Kanban and Scrum boards, plus they're easy to customize.

have no dislikes about this software, there was nothing that bothered me while using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy, good and comfortable to create a board, customize it and keep track of the total progress of a project, it is very easy to manage each aspect of the project, in addition, the interface helps to quickly understand what each option is about, it has a learning line very fast, it integrates perfectly with other software such as GitHub, vscode, code collaborator, something that improves the experience, creating and sharing dashboards is very easy, I love the search function and being able to filter what I need at the moment, I love managing reports, workflows, and a really good notification system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a necessary application for teamwork and project management, so I recommend it.
Our development approach is obviously more agile with Jira.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Jira as a project management platform because it has contributed to an improvement in the performance of my project team at the end of every project we partake in. By providing us with real-time analytical data, we are successfully measuring how each project team member has performed and identifying bottlenecks faced , which could be avoided to improve individual and overall team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The predictive nature of jiras search function is practically unreliable. Will be nice if I can get suggestions of what I am looking for on jira, as I type a keyword. This will ensure that human-error such as typos do not affect my eventual result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on Jira to manage the entire software product development process in my organisation , from a project management view. A pivotal benefit of Jira to me has been the ability to customize the Jira software to align with our own unique software development and management process. This has really been helpful.
It has great features but can also be cumbersome

There are lots of ways to customize Jira for your teams and projects. You can capture a lot of different types of data in Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is easy to over-engineer process because of the many functionalities in Jira.

Documenting project information, automating tasks, logging time spent on tasks.

Make sure you don't over-engineer process. Determine what your needs are and then use Jira accordingly.

Jira is an extremely useful product for project management. Having being used it for 3 years, i feel that the UI is super user friendly .

Only addition to the features that I can think of is alarming notification for P0 issues

Issue management for partnes outside my company to which we have integrated.
