Project Management becomes easier with Jira

What do you like best about the product?
This tool supports most of the agile methodology like Scrum, Kanban and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard initial setup and complicate user interface makes it difficult to use for new people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking, and managing all our ongoing agile software development projects including roadmaps , reports all we are managing through it only.

Jira is best tool for a clear view on project movement

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is used for transparency over tasks, efforts, comments and time spent on each issue. we can see all our tasks created there and can revisit anytime to fetch the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira does not show capacity and does not clearly show progress. It shows the detail in a task way where we can not control over individual wise if we can allocate him more tasks or not. it's not pure agile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira shows tasks from different epics and helps show the commits against it and also provides control over the task. It also gives an insight into the pending time and total time taken for the task.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that we can adjust the settings. The customer service is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, Jira is very accomodating and they adjust to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We became more of professional company since we started using Jira

Fast, cool and useful

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to keep everything updated and tidy. Also, it allows for doing many things in a short time. We can follow all the steps with JIRA easily even we had hundreds of cards on the boards. It allows to implement some API's, too, which is a useful feature for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some delays once, but they fixed them quickly. Not many things not to like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using JIRA for the client info and the issues we are tracking to resolve.
Fast, Agile, easy to track, not much bugs, even if they had a bug, they are resolving it in a fast way

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps us to categorize and organize task times in a very optimal way, it has helped me a lot in my daily tasks
and to enter my development times the tool is super useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, the disadvantages are few, the third-party integrations have improved a lot, perhaps more info for integrations with third-party time markers would be great, but little by little they are integrating new options on the market

It helped us to optimize our development times.

Among the best CRM tools ever used

What do you like best about the product?
- Integration with monitoring tools to automatically generate alerts.
- User administration is easy.
- Can create multiple dashboards and use them simultaneously.
- Issues can be managed through API as well
What do you dislike about the product?
- Paid plug-ins, like who is watching which issue currently.
- UI can be improved, to change the status of an issue, we can't choose from any dropdown menu, its done by clicking on buttons.
Rest everything works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After using Service Now, GSM remedy, Connectwise & many other tools, I realized that JIRA is by far the easiest to work with.
The GUI is very clean and simple, it efficiently uses the computer resources, not choking other applications.
We can embed different projects, different dashboards and apply filters to issues.
We can also create one-time or recurring reports with chosen filters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Among the easiest to manage and maintain.

Jira is the best for tracking the issues for support projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout, checking history. Being able to filter the tasks. And we are able to see every comment's details like the exact date. Also it is really easy pull a report
Being able to open the task in a new tab is also so precious.
Attaching cards to each other also makes things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to the load of tasks we are handling it may give us hard time loading a whole page.
When you try to search something in the search bar, it may remove some of the letters you are writing down may cause typo or you need to write down the exact thing to locate the correct issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Confluence is the best for taking notes for your whole team.
Also, it is allowing kanban working which is the best model for our support team.
It is also easy to get a report for a performance individually.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In my personal opinion, it is the common and the best software for handling projects

What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing I really like on JIRA software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specially Pricing modules, I have to pay up to 50 users if we are 26 users.
That applies to every extra module too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for Agile Project management. I do not see many benefits comparing with other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
The project backlog option which lists all the tasks and also the easy option to mention and tag colleagues within the organisation
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto refresh feature is not available so if another person is working on the same story , one persons data will be lost while saving
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running multiple projects in JIRA, helps us to see all tasks in the same board

What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows me to track all the issue tickets that have been assigned to my team. The purpose of the dashboard is comprehensive. All of your tickets, issues in progress, and favorite filters are kept in a separate section. You may check the status of your tickets right from the dashboard or the ticket details page. Whenever you update a Jira ticket, an email is sent to the person to remind them of the updated status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's internal language is very difficult to use. It could have been more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run the entire product roadmap with Jira. Everything from conceptualization to deployment is tracked and managed through Jira.
