One of the Best and well practicing software for agile project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Bug tracking, Agile project management, I have used this in one of the projects in my company for activity tracking like bugs, tasks etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything yet. It is perfect in the way it is now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Jira for project management and bug tracking for my company's projects.
Good tool for managing internal ticketing system. Oriented more towards IT product/services.
What do you like best about the product?
Easily editable and customized workflow as per project requirement. Visibility of all tickets to the concerned stakeholders is the best thing that differentiates it from other basic tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools and features are more oriented towards IT product and services. Customer support for any kind of ad-hoc issues is also missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolving and tracking of customer support tickets and internal operational quality tickets. JIRA tools helps to track the tickets at multiple levels and provides comfort of customization as per project and business requirements.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please incorporate customer support services in more aggressive way.

When i search all the jira concerning me, it is little slow to list them all

What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop facility is one of the best feature.Integration with tools like GitHub helps in tracking pull request status.This is useful for scrum masters to quickly get an idea of what's happening with the stories or bugs
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos attached in the jira boards are not so smooth.User interface is so much confusing for the newbies.File uploading has limitations and it is very difficult to find attachments in the board.

What do you like best about the product?
agile Project Management in Jira is the best thing we use it in our company for all our teams and software projects development. We have been using Jira from Over last 11 years and found it quite helpful and good tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is its interface which is hard to learn and quickly equip to it and second there should be some good collaborative tool for the teams or some addition of time tracking for the tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has many product development and agile project management and we have been a dedicated customer of it . There are few problems but there are not worthy of dicussion as their patch updates are quick and reliable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'll recommend Jira to other software companies and industries of the similar nature.

I like the universality of Jira. I always know that if I'm going between projects, that everyone is familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the modularity of Jira - everything is so compartmentalised, and it makes it not a very intuitive product.

The problems were solving are project task management, Sprint reviews and general product organization

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an amazing tool to use inside the company because you can all work together through Jira. You can create lots of tasks and assign them to other people inside the company or even yourself. It is really easy to use and you can track all the things in a more clear way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is nothing that I dislike about Jira but sometimes it is getting really difficult to open a ticket and wait for help. Maybe support stuff could be better so there is nothing else that I can complain about the Jira and its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira for almost all of the projects and even for small tasks. Because as I said before it is really easy to use and track all jobs especially if you want to see another person's effects on the related job. Without Jira tracking, these jobs and personal development would be really difficult.
Not as useful as expected in our case.
What do you like best about the product?
The kanban board and the drag & drop feature are what I love th emost. It presents the tasks in a clear way and make status update a lot earier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page loading time is very long sometime. ANd we find the root casue is it load a lot of 3rd party resources which doesn't comply with our corporate firewall. This is very disrupting and keep user away from using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using JIRA, we use our tailored made excel sheet to manage our tasks. However, it's very manual and a huge effort is required to maintain this excel. Jira help us to make tasks management a lot easier and save our effort to manage the excel.

Jira allows us to have workflow items moved between different teams. It's easily accessible for both staff and clients alike.
