Perfect sprint management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows me to track all the issue tickets that have been assigned to my team. The purpose of the dashboard is comprehensive. All of your tickets, issues in progress, and favorite filters are kept in a separate section. You may check the status of your tickets right from the dashboard or the ticket details page. Whenever you update a Jira ticket, an email is sent to the person to remind them of the updated status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's internal language is very difficult to use. It could have been more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run the entire product roadmap with Jira. Everything from conceptualization to deployment is tracked and managed through Jira.

The easy way to coordinate tasks of a big project and don't forget any one of them

Sometimes it may be duplicated issues (overall when they arrive from external teams)

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is pretty useful, especially about filters and making reports based on these filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike filter option of Favro specially. But main page and comment page are seperated. This is better comparing to jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to solve technical problems, we do keep the track of processes.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily manage and enable technicals to work closely with the team and can monitor the shared view of results. I liked the view which it provides for us and monitoring is also very good. It also provides faster turn around time while working on projects and many more features are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the things which I didn't like are as per the below.
loading time - it sometimes creates problems at the time of tracking and loading the tasks.
Queue management is good but could be better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used this tool a lot for the management of work at the project, team or individual level, which helps a lot to track monitor and calculate the team performance metrics. It also increases transparency with the organization.
Simple project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the configuration, it is really simple, it has the basic and essential tools for project management, I like the quality of the graphics, it also has Kanban and Scrum boards, easy to use and manage, I love the appearance of the application, it is easy to assign and delegate tasks, manage projects, view the status of tasks and projects, it is easy to add files, I like how easy it can be to update tasks or see the work of the team, it is really useful for teamwork, integrates very well with major platforms, and is very flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find anything negative about this software, I have no complaints about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest benefit that this software gave me was to noticeably improve teamwork, besides that any aspect can be configured and that is very important, I love that I can customize the workflow as much as I want, the Kanban boards are a delight, very easy to use, love the search function, love that I can assign tasks to my colleagues, long-term planning is simplified in a great way, the integrations with GitHub, ZenDesk and Power BI are really powerful It is a very automated software and that helps in time management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software, it is a unique tool.

We were using it for the ticket system. We had many tasks. Tracking clients cards, we had issue tasks that connected that client cards

Jira makes it easy for my team and the developers to work together. The layout is simple and helps keep everyone on the same page. We use the staging statues in order to track progress. We also input our company pipeline. Jira the ability for you to have different boards, depending on the type of ticket
What do you dislike about the product?
The comments section doesnt have a reply thread, so this can be a bit clunky and confusing to a new comer on a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our R&D team runs everything out of Jira. Jira connects with GitHub and other repositories for pull requests and our product manager is able to track work this way.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very important for my project as it helps in agile methodologies and help me for the betterment of the automation project in the Westpac banking project for the automation testing and development of the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no such thing as I don't like about Jira. The major problem with jira is that the documentation made in jira are not reusable which makes a big con for using jira, otherwise it's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that my team, Westpac is solving with the help of jira is that we're tracking every data in the form of documentation and to track bugs for the software we develop which makes our work much easier.

It is a great tool and it works very fine for the documentation purpose. You should try it.

The best part of the Jira core is its easy access and understanding,been using it since years in my organisation for internal communication and to be truly said its awesome

There's no such particular things that i dislike about the Jira core but sometimes the extra options available makes it a bit complex to use.The learning of every new option.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very well known for Project Management because of how easy it is to break down a complex task into smaller tasks that can be managed more effectively and efficiently. Kanban board, Stories, Epics, Task: Everything is here. You can keep track of the progress of everything very easily. I love the way it can be used to manage all the project-related stuff starting from conceptualizing to the launch and later.
Jira provides a highly detailed dashboard that gives a brief idea about how the project is going on and helps in decision making. There are many reports available in Jira which enables users to gain visibility of the situation. It's very straightforward to use and you can customize the dashboard according to your needs. The simplicity and intuitiveness of the user interface enable collaboration with teammates easier and ultimately get the job done.
Jira can be also integrated with BitBucket, Teams, and Slack.

I don't have much to dislike. However, I think beginners will find it a little complex but there are plenty of resources online to begin with and get started with Jira.

I found it helpful to solve day-to-day developments. This helps the team invest their time and provides high productivity at the end of the day by enabling the team to identify the priority of the job they're assigned. It also keeps the team on track by easily following the Agile Methodology for rapid and continuous software development and fixing bugs.
