The best tool in its lane
What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what the best feature of Jira is. Because there are many.. I'm currently working in the Information Technology sector, but sometimes I want to manage my social life on Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we encounter bugs that we cannot make sense. It usually appears on the front end. For example, the epic link font color is black on the search result page. But it's white on the issue detail page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my team's roadmap, product backlog and sprint. We can access the reports of all times. We can track older decisions we made. There are so many fields to provide our needs, epic link, label, watcher, linked issues, etc.
Best product for task & product management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a user-friendly UI & also great for managing software development phases. It also helps in creating various issue tickets and in bug tracking. Moreover, we can manage our tasks by "Sprint Management. It keeps colorful channels to be able to distinguish them from each other. Easy to attach files and links and it is simple, it is easy to generate reports and it is straightforward and complete to track the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Once the ticket is created you cannot delete it
2. Emails seems very automated and client's sometimes don't realize those are for them
3. Not mobile-friendly
4. Expensive for small firms
5. Sometimes the customization takes longer than anticipated

We are able to organize our roadmap tasks more efficiently
Plan out all our updates in week sprints.
Product Development & Issue tracking
It's easy for management to see the status and understand blockers and report to the leadership.
Other members of the team can also review the work of their team members & what updates are going on a specific task, so it's easy to overtake the task in case of non availability of team menber

It is a great tool available in the market. You can easily manage tasks, product management, and updates regarding the tasks. It's a one-stop platform to keep a track of your tracks more efficiently
Excellent tool for Ticket management
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of JIRA is its UI interface. Right from the Dashboard Summary to the different JIRA boards are all fantastic. Also, the accessible options and customized dropdowns while raising a ticket make it very easy to use. The feature to link the tickets to the related stories or test cases provides an efficient way of tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost all the features that I have come across are good. However, I would like the Test case management features to be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the one-stop ticket management tool for our project. It also helps us do project management and task assignments very quickly. It saves a lot of time and thereby increases the overall productivity of the team
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend JIRA if you are looking for something to manage your bugs or even do Product Management.

We are handling multiple Projects, Track applications, and maintaining track of applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to track the project on a large scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jira for some time now, and it is an excellent tool for Agile projects to collaborate in the team and track all the processes.
We can use automation available to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive work.

The thing I feel I need to improve is the access control which is still very complicated.

Below are the problems we are solving -
1) Managing all the projects in one place, easy to track and coordinate.
2) using automation to reduce time and increase efficiency.
3) Integrating with the bitbucket to track all the source code modifications.

It is a good tool; you can go for it.
I would definitely recommend JIRA since it eases the entire project development lifecylce
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the dashboard. JIRA has all the important and the most relevant options available on its dash which lets you focus on what is truly important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, quite frankly there is not many things i dislike about JIRA. Have been using it since the last 7 years and I have found it amazing. Only the text formatting while adding comments messes up sometimes but very rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better productivity with the team members with distributed tasks. It makes it really simple to know who is working on what. The SQL query is a powerful way to filter exactly what you are looking for.
A Review of Jira
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track and manage items planned for a particular release or sprint and I also like how it easily integrates with the other tools in the Atlassian ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of using this tool can be a bit steep as there is a lot going on which can be a bit confusing. There are a lot of moving pieces that can seem a bit overwhelming at first. But you can get better with exposure and practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Jira to track individual tasks between team members as well as to plan releases. I would say this tool helps keeps release items and project statuses transparent between team members.
The one size fits all tool for your team work
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the most customizable and powerful tool out there to make your teams work together. In a distributed world, we need gathering points, Jira allows to set steps in our work together easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be complicated when custom workflows are implemented, however it is one of its strength. Jira user tend to think they know it but every time has its usage of the tool, don't overlook the learning part !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows our teams to synchronize across different projects and timezones. It also allows users from different departments to communicate in a straightforward way.
Pretty good Experience

I like that you can work between multiple departments using one system. I am able to work on multiple tasks between multiple departments and it's overall an effective system for all parties involved
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most user-friendly system. I think they should update the internet reface to make it more user friendly. Two companies I worked for use it, and some people struggled with using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps with loan application work flow for my company. We are able to send and receive information, update info and communicate between the whole company with this softwAre.
