Nice ticket managing system with a lot of features

What do you like best about the product?
I like that jira helps keep things up to date and that it can also sync with other subsystems like confluence and DevOps for better release management.

The last update made the interface a lot better, and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still feels a little too cluttered at times. It'd hard to properly keep track of which tickets someone is currently looking at, and the queries and filters help but they should be simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Release managemebt mostly - it helps keep track of releases and not forget anything when preparing deployments. Helps keep All the stake holders involved in the entire process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Configure it properly to activate the features that your organization will actually use.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Jira core is easy.One can easily create project and assign tasks.It helps to easily monitor progress on the same and helps you collaborate with cross functional team efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a draft option while creating a new project. With the Draft option the user can save the project details in the platform which will have him to create the task once approval received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It becomes easy when you have assign tasks and work with multiple teams.Traditional method of sending email is quite complicated and tracking doesnt work quite efficiently with this.Jira core sends the notification and one can monitor the track in their personal dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is best tool when it comes to manage the workflow and assignment of tasks on the basis of different categories.
It used to manage the privilege level of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as it's improving day by day so simply better version of jira tool are getting developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of the tasks.
Management of privilege level and approvers of tasks.
It plays key role in production environment as it manages the things in order.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability the track my tickets in a clear and digestible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a software that is made for software development management the UX should be better. The story points tracking isn't great and the ability to organize the backlog isn't great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing software development tasks.
It is good at allowing you to label different tasks as bugs or spikes or just tasks, but only once you open it. It's not great at showing those labels outwardly on the backlog.

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive platform with points and burndowns. Easily add notes during daily stand-up calls. Easily plan out phases. As comprehensive as it is, it was still intuitive enough for not-so-techy end-users to follow along.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to have some knowledge of how SaaS works in order to use. That said, submitting a ticket with basic information requires some awareness that only a select number of individuals on your team will know how to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long-term projects spanning months to even years are well planned out and broken down into smaller phases, tasks, and story points. This keeps everyone on each team during a project accountable and all tasks exposed for transparency purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Graphical Interface of the application, and limiting the projects access part to the resources specifically and easy to populate/update and inform the message to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great, If JIRA could add more themes so that individual can opt for his own selected theme for his customization dashboard, and Mobile support ability as equal to the web-based
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assigning the work/tasks to the team, with individual accountability and defining the deadlines, tracking their progress and alerts, and exposing the dashboard information to clients during the Status calls.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is the best project management tool I have ever used. It has emerged as a complete package for project status tracking. It helps me in creating epics, stories, tasks, bugs and improvements. I can create multiple projects and scrum boards. It helps in keeping track of every task which is assigned to me and created by me. It is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about using JIRA. JIRA stands out to be the best tool out of all other tools I have used for Project Management. So I don't see anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use JIRA for project management. I use JIRA for tracking the progress of various ongoing and future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and its very user-friendly UI. Makes it very easy to collaborate among teams and easily create and manage stories, tasks, defects. Very powerful and can be connected with external tools for easy flow of information and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration part could be improved as sometimes it doesn't work easily and more tools and services can be included so that we don't have to tally information between multiples tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our project using Jira as our primary tool, all tasks, stories, defects, backlogs and other kind of stuff is recorded there so that we can track each and everything easily
