What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is an excellent system to manage tickets and incidents. JIRA can be used to track the development progress, manage updates and track defects. It can easily integrate with single sign on applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA is a great tool. nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is used in our organization to manage and track defects and incidents. QA uses QA to log the defects during the testing phase. We also use JIRA to track the development progress and manage customer-related issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a board and automation is something I like about Jira. The relationship between tasks, subtask, stories is intuitive. Doing a decent job if compared to click-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configurations part is most disappointing for me. Associating fields to screen, setting up contex, etc is not intuitive. Look-up is something again I didn't like, it never worked for me and I managed to do my job using filter subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira to organise our project management stuff. All our epics, stories, tasks are in Jira and we use Jira to run sprints.

It helps to be on track, notify people and have a high level view of what is being done in the current sprint.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the most used tool for agile methodology. It helps to plan agile work from project backlogs to Sprints. It helps to log defects and uploads testing artifacts which makes it easier for each and everyone in the project to get the details of what is going on and where are we standing.
Jira helps to raise the bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the best tool to be used for agile methodology but it is quite difficult to do its setup. Also, there is no way to track the timeline for the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us to upload the evidence of the Test cases and log the defects which is its best benefit.
Also user stories are given out here with all the requirements given which helps to understand things easily.

What do you like best about the product?
In Jira has available Integration.
Issues and project tracking easily using Jira.
It can be suitable for different types of users like any developers, managers, non-technical users etc.
It can create any type of issue and supports the roadmap requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The uploading file size is limited.
sometimes confused about the user interface.
Any reports are not reusable.
Jira is too complex to use effectively.
Some lacking features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is best for tracking the bugs and easy to get to know what is bugs and it is solved or not.
A good workflow is defined here.
Integrate the team in our projects.

Really Great Management Software

What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly complete solution for company-wide project management. Epics, stories, tasks, kanban boards, scrum boards, it's all there! You have complete control over your task workflow, fields, layout, and automation, and the add-ons fill in any gaps or use cases you may find that JIRA itself doesn't already offer (which is rare). The reporting tools and also very robust and allow managers to get a complete and granular view of their teams' productivity and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA has a very steep learning curve, which is worth going through but could benefit from being made a little more streamlined. Additionally, the UI can be inconsistent at times (especially when it comes to all the different setting pages)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA allows us to manage our projects, plan our weekly sprints, evaluate our roadmaps, and improve our overall productivity and efficiency. Organizing all our tasks into projects and making sure our backlog is directing us down the right path has proven to be very useful.

To manage the sprint releases from the product we use Jira. The benefits realised are easy and quick way of managing the internal tasks within the team and outside the team

What do you like best about the product?
Jira service desk is one of the best in the market. It is flexible and can be customized to fit the project and user's requirements. One of the best features of JIRA is its advanced filters and the options user gets to create and save his/her filters. These filters can then be added to a user's customized dashboard. This way the user can keep a check of these tickets easily without much of a hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now there are not many downfalls I have faced while using Jira. The only thing is that in the beginning it was a little getting used to it and learning how to maneuver around the product. It takes some time to find your way in and out of the different features, and once learned it helps increase user efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has helped keep a proper track of the project tickets and it also gives the features of getting different data analytics. This feature can be used by the gadgets provided by JIRA. These are super helpful in learning in detail about the kind of tickets while keeping a track of the SLAs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is a great service desk product and helps in streamlining the tickets. This is a great product especially for support projects.

Few options are accessible through backlog only like adding a ticket into a sprint.

What do you like best about the product?
The option to view workflows makes understanding life-cycle of the ticket very easy.
It helps us keep a track of the tickets and updates on the project are notified via timely emails.
It is extremely user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, simply clicking on someone else’s ticket description gives the ability to edit. It can lead to alterations or changes.
It may not be as visual or clean as other project management tools

Jira helps us with project management abilities and assigning or keeping a track of various incidents and tasks.
It categorizes works to distinguish between bugs, docs and incidents.
