Helpful tool for project management within a team
What do you like best about the product?
In Jira, I like that you can see the status of the project and who needs to take the next action.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super slow to load. Sometimes I am typing and, because it is still loading, I make unintentional changes. There should be a function where you have to confirm any changes you make. (ie You have changed the person assigned to this project. Please confirm that this was intentional.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can very easily manage the workflow of a project in Jira so it has been helpful to help monitor the status of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The different sections allow you to assign tasks efficiently and we can update our reports with numerous other inputs like the time taken for completion, remarks, and suggestions for the person who will carry it on from here.
What do you dislike about the product?
the platform is acquainted with too many different features that it becomes quite troublesome for newcomers. the interface and user-friendliness can be increased significantly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm helping businesses (the health-tech sector) build their products in a much swift and easier way with better product management. our performance increased a bit because of this, but more importantly, we are able to provide each other with more relevant updates.

JIRA has a simple & clean UI, is fully featured, and works in an intuitive way. It integrates seamlessly with Bitbucket and other source control solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin functions are harder to find.

Tracking issues, planning projects, enhancements, features, reporting progress.
Professional grade product management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easier to create a task in the Jira. It helps in tracking the state of the project from a broader perspective. It has excellent integration with slack. I am not a fan of the apple app; hence I tend to use the Slack bot to keep me updated about the status of the task that we have created.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI, in my opinion, is somewhat confusing. It is not always easy to filter out stuff like bugs or the features we are working on in the company. The apple app is also not user-friendly. I love to view the app's content, similar to that of the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for all project tracking purposes. It includes all the features we need to build, all the bugs we have found, notes the dependency from other pods, and keeps track of user-reported feedbacks.
Project Managment tool which we use on most of our projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like it at most that Jira offers many options when it comes to sorting the tasks and deciding which approach to use for a particular project. Also, there are many features that help us with tracking the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be confusing when it comes to task management for someone who is the first time using it. Many options have to be enabled manually through the settings part.

We have all the projects on which we work listed in Jira and it is helping us track the tasks and the progress of the project.

The various ways Jira provides to manage the projects the sprint views the project viewss various boards and charts prioritizing filters helps management easy to track the on going sprint or project flow

There is not much to say dislike the UI can ne made little more user friendly since not only the technical people but the business people should also know the project status and the status quo of the project

Best tool for Project Management and Issue Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and organize your entire multi-sprint project.
What do you dislike about the product?
No notification if a new error is reported in the tool. You have to keep reloading the page to see the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issue tracking for SAP S4 HANA or Legacy system.
Using JIRA for Issue Tracking Purpose
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features that I like most few of them are the sprint planning board and dashboard are the features that are very helpful to manage the tickets and get to know the status.

There is no any thing specific that I dislike about JIRA.

It's easy to organize your tickets for your team especially using boards.
