What do you like best about the product?
Good integration with other systems, ability to customize workflow

Generating reports is not a user-friendly task, often needs administrators

We do a lot of ticket management for multiple internal and external processes. The main plus is the ability to link them to each other

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an extremely versatile tool for various software development, project management, and product management. There are a ton of great integrations for all of our favorite apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be extremely complex if you do not know what you are doing or looking for. There is a steep learning curve to Jira when you first start using the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize jira for a wide range of uses. Our main use is for project management and tracking software development. We are able to easily break down big projects visually for the rest of the company.

Track and create tickets at ease

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best way to create ticket so that other people can track it. We can modify created ticket very easily and closed. With basic knowledge of SQL we can perform many tasks in jira. We can search other people reported issues, projects love and use of dashboard is pretty helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.The tickets created cannot be deleted it can only be closed.
2.Without VPN jira does not work hence VPN is mandatory.
3.Sometimes it will be very slow to upload file. I'm not sure it is jira or VPN issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. We create and track tickets.
2. Good for creating dashboards
3. Various options to create ticket.
4.Downloading excel format of tickets helps in many ways
5. Ticket can be downloaded offline as well

The simple and clean user interface which makes it user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any reason for dislike as of now.

2. Super understandable User-interface
3. Kanban, Agile methodologies can be implemented easily
4. Easy integration with Slack and email for notifications

1. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to load when the data is huge
2. Need customization in notifications
3. Multiple themes in UI might be an added advantage

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that it makes it possible for interdepartmental tracking to take place. My team can submit tickets for the digital team and get updates, and know as soon as the issue is resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that sometimes from my end, it appears the tickets get "lost in the shuffle." There is no way to have visibility to other teams' workload, which could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us keep track of issues across multiple departments. The whole US organization currently uses this, including or web, digital, e-comm Salesforce, etc. teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use and work the best for the sprint based workflow. Multiple options to manage the tasks, stories, and other view options.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, I enjoy using the tool a lot compared to azure devop tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Jira to manage sprint, create task, bug, manage project for teams, review backlog, and various report to reflect the work.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross-Project Release, Manage Projects, Track issues, Backlogging, Report Generation,and many other functionalities are the best thing about Jira. If you follow Agile methodology, go for it without a second thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing about this tool concerns me. It's a bit expensive and requires a bit complex to use for beginners, but it's easy once you get your hands dirty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bug tracking has never been so easy. Issue tracking and Report Generation have been less hectic. Planning and monitoring, and release with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
As always, easy usage, friendly interface, intuitive interface, can be easily modified according to the customer's needs and desires, makes my work so much easier. No need to remember anything, as it remembers for me
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is a bit old-fashioned, not sure if this is a disadvantage, yet, this is a fact. very simple, no graphics, keeps it simple
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my tasks, managing my team's tasks, keeping track of bugs and features, no need to remember things, keep notes, everything is documented. It makes my life simple and easy.
