Game changer project management tool for small to huge teams

What do you like best about the product?
Creating issues easily, sprints to keep track of issues and performances, various issue types
What do you dislike about the product?
No collaboration features to communicate with the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily keeping track of my own issues and my team's issues. Can plan roadmaps and sprints as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommended for medium to large teams to plan for features, releases, etc.

Way to Handle Porjects with Jira

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best tools I have used, the way they manage products is perfect and suitable for all. I used it for assigning tasks, time management, the priority of assignments, spending time on each task, and Report.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the pricing of Jira is costlier compared to asana. And this is the only reason I left Jira few months back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Time tracking, task allocation, updates, and many more things resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great solution that empowers our developers and business teams to deliver projects across our entire software delivery program. We continue to adopt the new features of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are not fully functional, which makes workflows for our teams cumbersome and can cause delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deliver all of our software delivery projects with Jira. It gives our business teams and leadership insight into project delivery timelines and assists with making informed decisions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When configuring Jira, ensure it is configured reusable, so users are familiar with the structure. It is also beneficial to have key team members that can assist users with setting up their projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing projects (EPICs) is very easy compared to other related platforms. Have been very helpful in managing RPA projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to Azure Dev Ops, easy of use is not that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is helping us in overall program management wherein we track the progress of multiple Automation projects and helps us manage the project lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and for tracking team progress. Good Dashboarding capabilities for team-level tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not flexible in the issue structure. When working on large-scale initiatives, this leads to confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
It can be very easy to track the work and the defects,the description and the links to the related issue can be tracked under a single ticket. The stages of development can also be set and can follow agile methodology

There is nothing much i like every functionality

I am developer i solve defects raised by the testers ,i can work using agile and keep a track of my progress and can be easy to connect and track defects raised by the tester

Satisfactory Tool to Submit and Organize Support Tickets

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful for submitting support tickets in a centralized place so that individuals outside of my team that handle the tickets can see them, have them assigned, and update their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to find tickets that others have submitted. Because of that, I always end up creating a new ticket, even if it is regarding a problem or suggestion already discussed in someone else's ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows me to submit support tickets in a centralized place and an organized manner. I can quickly submit tickets because creating tickets is straightforward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira search bar doesn't allow easily finding tickets by problem or suggestion, so it is hard to see if someone has already submitted a ticket about a problem or suggestion I am also having. That causes me to submit more tickets than I may need, giving me additional work.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to track communications across teams for technical resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone who may not be familiar with 'tech applications,' it can be a bit intimidating at first glance. I am familiar with Jira and ServiceNow, so I understand the platforms, but it can be intimidating to team members that are not familiar with these applications.
