User Story Management on JIRA

What do you like best about the product?
Linking tickets and Epics across Projects is very easy. I also like the fact that it supports rich text editing and the ability to tag people within the text, in comments and as an assignee.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be selective about my notifications, but I still get email notifications every time someone has modified the ticket. I wish I could filter out the clutter it creates in my mailbox. Also, I'm not too fond of search. I am sometimes not able to find some old issues which have been closed. I am not a fan of advanced search since I am always scared of writing queries. I would rather have a much detailed list of filters to find the right tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Product Manager. I primarily use it for writing user stories. I also use it to categorize my work into epics, stories, tasks, bugs, etc., but as a team, we also use it for effort estimation; we actively use the burn-down charts and assign functions to cross-team members.

What do you like best about the product?
Dragging and dropping tasks from the board and having all the resources inside the card speeds up the work
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to open a window with an isolated card, such as an e-mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dispersion of the team and the knowledge regarding the tasks each employee is working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is more agile and user-friendly when compared to other product management tools available in the market. We use Jira as an service desk tool as well and it stands out there too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-ups when we select modules are the most significant issue I find in Jira. Every time we change the modules, we need to confirm it in one of the pop-ups it produces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira as a service desk tool for many of our projects. We follow up on issues and project activities using Jira. The integration with email is seamless and very productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can go for Jira after analyzing and understanding your requirements. It helps you want out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is one of the best software that knows that is used to develop and track software using the Agile methodology. Using JIRA it is easy to track software application implementation and easy to assign tasks to the developers. It's more than 2 years I am working with the JIRA for software development. In JIRA we used to develop software on the basis of continuous Integration and continuous development.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such I haven't found anything that I dislike on the JIRA. But as per my suggestions, they can start a free trial for some time for the student and can give them the opportunity to learn the practical use cases of Agile methodology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am a software developer, I have used multiple software development life cycle software. It's more than two years I am using JIRA for software development. I really found it helpful to solve day-to-day development using this Agile software development model. I have used the JIRA software to develop multiple software In which we have used Agile methodology to work for the quick software development with continuous development and bug fixes. I really found it helpful working with the JIRA.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All the organizations that are working on software development all can use JIRA for better software development and Bug tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a good way to update and manage your projects progress with ease to access too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn't easy to find a text, although it's with me only, I think, Coz I faced it many times, and the text was still there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira gave us the best management for all types of projects. Before Jira, it was so challenging to manage all the things in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the tool I am using as tester. I am using it for bug creating and updating the status of user story. It's like intermediate between developer and tester. This tool is simple to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I using it from beginning it as never disappointed me i like it so much, no cons for cons for this tool according to my experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating bug from this tool is easy. And updating the status once user story is developed is also made easy. When tester raised any bug and if development team fixes it and made any changes the one who raised defect Or bug will easily get notification through mail.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best tool for the management of many types of work in any organization, my company using it for all types of work like development, testing and supports etc. Also it is beneficial for sprint planning , just create ticket assigned to a user and give time based on analysis,also you can attach many types of files ,we can integrate with many tools like Xray, excel , slack etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything wrong bout Jira till now.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Software is a bug and Issue tracker, tracks the progress and resolution to the issues parked gives the information needed to the management for monitoring progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Nontechnical users will struggle with Jira software. The User interface has to be improved for it to become more user-friendly.
