Jira One of the finest Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used JIRA for so long, and I liked the user interface, features, and all functionality. This is best for project management, task assignment, time tracking, task status and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's pricing is way high compared to similar tool asana, Trello, etc, but JIRA has very premium features, and I recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many problems, like time tracking, task assignment and tracking, Priority for each task, and many more things are available with JIRA so the benefits I get with JIRA.
Very helpful in organizing tickets for all manners of issues
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily organize tickets and assign them to different buckets. Then you can easily access a certain bucket to see all what is in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little getting used to the interface and how to find an individual item/task/concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it a lot to work with assigning internal reports, directing problems to the correct people/team, and staying far more organized than an old spreadsheet.
Best issue tracking software.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is that not only the software developers use this software even other teams of organizations can track the issue of their team members. The ticketing system of Jira is just amazing. It's very easy for the CEO or team leads of the company for tracking their employee's work or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of the Jira is a little confusing for non-technical people. And also it has a limited file size to upload. It is not the best mobile app. It has a complex integration system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bug tracking is the amazing benefit of this software Jira. The benefit of using Jira is that it creates the tickets for relevant issues and can be tracked by the other person or their team leads.

Its very very easy to use and create new tasks and docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not much to dislike, sometimes ive had trouble looking up how to do certain things but most actions are quite straightforwared

Project Tracking
Simple and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple, and the tool is easy to use. You'd need a little bit of training, and then it becomes very intuitive. Compared to some of the other software I've used, I never come across any glitches with JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a good experience. Can't think of anything I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better manage client support tickets and communicate those tickets from clients to tech team and vice versa.
Jira is easy to USE and Maintain Work tickets
What do you like best about the product?
With Jira, all tickets of the Projects can be easily Maintained and be assigned to employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a Specific Dislike towards Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily Track and Search all tickets with a single Keyword. Filter out tickets with Logging time, Sprint values, Story Points, Versions, and have different Boards.
Easy task management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows for complete customization for those who are more technically inclined but also has easy-to-use templates for quick kanbans to organize personal workloads too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be tedious to edit workflows, custom fields, etc., in more technical projects. This means that making more minor changes can take more time than is ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for complete transparency with workload across our organization. It also allows for priorities to be discussed and visually represented on the board for everyone to see.

Jira has helped streamline, prioritize, and plan work for my team.

It can be a little intimidating at first.

Able to prioritize tasks and plan future work. Track completed task by team member.
