Every Ticket Counts !!
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the most efficient software I have used ever since. It is the solution for all of your queries or tickets. Easy to use and effective results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Some people can find it a bit tidy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am raising tickets for several purposes to cross-functional teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a great tool to submit tickets for development and include all of the necessary communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really come across any downsides of working with Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to create and work on testing & optimization tickets. Jira keeps track of the necessary info and back and forth communication. We also use it to communicate with our vendor in regards to development tickets they're working on for us.
Great Software for Tracking Purposes
What do you like best about the product?
Jira works great for issue tracking. It can be integrated with Slack for ease of use communicating with other team members and to track progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira tickets are hard to modify after being created. It varies depending on the type of ticket you create, it's best to be mindful before you submit the ticket!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have utilized Jira for tracking all our issues and it has worked well. We enjoy the Slack integration as it allows us to communicate progress very quickly and easily to other teams. We can easily refer to a Jira issue in any Slack conversation and it will generate a link for easy access
Best Project collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jira is that it allows multiple team members to collaborate in a project and add all the small details which help the project manager and all the leads to get a view on what is happening we can create custom metrics. We can even track a particular ticket or feature. Jira provides a very detailed dashboard that gives us a view of how the project is running and supports the decision-making. It also allows us to create custom filters that we can use to customize and extract multiple types of reports required for different users. The UI also is very interactive and gives an excellent view while working on it. I would highly recommend it for use in any project
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the application is very detailed and it allows for a project member to use it as required, there are multiple fields that can confuse someone who is not tech savvy. JIRA should allow some versions to be very simple with few fields as a base version. All members might not require the amount of features which JIRA provide. Its like everyone can drive a car but not everyone can fly a plane but all those who fly a plane can drive a car.

It helps in project management tracking activities. A particular ticket or bug or feature can be tracked with multiple fields which can provide valuable insights in the project. This can help in course correction in future

What do you like best about the product?
Jira can help nurture an agile mindset If the teams are committed to doing so. First-class user experience. May struggle with performance when holding a massive number of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance may be a weak point if you have a significant number of tasks. New agile teams will find it hard to follow the suggested workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira may be a handy partner in organizing agile projects. It helps to nurture the timebox with an incremental value-added approach.

Consider using Jira if you are adherent or intend to adhere to an agile culture.
JIRA For All
What do you like best about the product?
well organized, user-friendly, easy to create tasks, the comment section is helpful and attaching the PDF. Easy to track as per the date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about how to write a query in JIRA, It is difficult to find a complete list of all the JIRAs that I have Resolved and Closed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks are created in JIRA and are assigned to me. Basically, I don't solve problems in JIRA. Benefits are
1. Comments section is good
2. Tagging the person while entering the comment is good. An email will be notified to the person immediately.

JIRA which is a Feature/Bug Tracking tool is a very good application that is user-friendly and will recommend to others for considering it.

Keeping track of request tickets is a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create, submit, and track tickets submitted to various teams as well . Straightforward to navigate when determining which ticket is most relevant for your request. Ability to outline priority level of ticket ensures efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
No current downsides from my experience using the software this past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filing tickets to numerous teams for any issues with our existing use platforms or questions we have (Salesforce bugs, app bugs, software troubleshooting, hardware requests, HR/benefits questions)

Great tool to track requests amongst internal teams, stay in the loop about what's been worked on, in progress, in review, completed, etc.

It's simply foolproof, super easy to use and clean to navigate

Sometimes it gives a slow loading speed, but it's no big deal

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is simple to use and makes it easy for us to track projects and their respective statuses at a moment's notice. There are many customizations that could be built out to enable people to fill out their tickets easily and to ensure that you're getting all of the information you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to set-up an expected delivery time or end date for each project. Sometimes, seeing that a project is in progress is not always that helpful and I have to view each project to get a true update.

Project tracking., This enables us to scope out the work that needs to be done and track the statuses of each project. It also makes it easy for us to inform other team members of the status.
