Simple Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a kind of software that allows you to help integrate at the company in an effortless fashion
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding dislike about Jira, there is not much to say, but there is always a need for improvement. They could improve the interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily integrate with our technical teams for resolving escalations which helps in resolving the issue

Well, i would recommend Jira to others as it is beneficial in day to day work
Very powerful tool but has a lot of scope for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and simplicity for a user to use this product is the best thing about this product. It really captured the essence of project management tool. All the right type of input fields are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest turn offs for this tool are mainly two things:
1) Lack of filters - very limited filters available on project boards. Very basic filters such as Reporter are not available.
2) It takes time to refresh data - whenever you add any field, ideally it should update in real-time but it takes few seconds or page reload to show new data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major use case of Jira is managing our projects and user stories/tasks and keeping a track of all the tasks and activities that the team is working on. This has helped to a great extent in solving this.

What do you like best about the product?
When managing work activities and duties, the ability to include support documentation, tag other team members, reference the product for which a task or effort is targeted, together with the specifics of the selected product, is of paramount importance; JIRA well handles this.
It is advantageous having the ability to add stories, defects, tasks, or other work items to triages. Moreover, it keeps the tracking visible and straightforward, allowing you to select or create a workflow tailored to your needs to know the current status of the work effort across the team or teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
When tracking work, if not included, you must add yourself to the watchlist, even when you are creating the work item yourself. One may think this should happen automatically, but you should remember to include yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work management across a team and other teams, assigning a specific team member to a task or group of jobs, accountability, and the amount of time involved in accomplishing every component that completes a job is very welcoming.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
JIRA is a great tool to manage workflow across teams; you can also use JIRA to integrate with other applications and enrich your experience and work activities, so make sure to consider that.

It helps me to track my issues, change the status of customer issues and to track open and closed jira which is been logged by customer

Nothing much to dislike. It helps me alot

I been using Jira tool to track issue that has been logged by customer, and immediately respond to that. it increases my productivity

Vast array of features. Easy to track status and work flow. Dependencies easily tracked. Many plug-ins.

Many permissions needed for simple tasks such as deleting stories, subtasks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of new applications. Tracking completion of different areas of my application are easy through the user of features and stories.

"The Powerful Project Planning Tool" that meets every requirement
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the Jira is a PPP tool that means a Powerful Project Planning tool as it has the power to manage the project from A to Z, which means from writing requirements to creating tickets for the team members & assigning them. It helps to decide the project's workflow in a very effective way.
It also has a wiki inside where you can only manage product-related documents for easy access.
Jira's dashboard is a compelling dashboard I have ever seen of any project management tool.
I recommend the Jira.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little bit tricky, so one must need to learn from the documents of Jira how to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Jira since the I join the first company as a trainnee. I used it like Bug Managemnet, Spring Management for the project. Currently, I am using it as remote-based team management, time logs & stories management for me & my team.

Jira is more flexible tool, where it provides lot features like creating scrum boards and tracking issues and also reporting. It provides query language for filtering.

Sometimes Jira loads very slow, other than this the tool is is nice

We are using Jira for tracking the the progress all our work.

Jira is very a good tool, it is fully loaded with features. You can maintain backlogs, apply filters, you create different scrum boards, you will have reporting options

Jira tool is best for project Management, it's allow you to manage and track your project progress.

The only thing I dislike is that this tool doesn't integrate with many applications

Managing the project progress is way easy with this tool, which save my time and provide transparency of the progress with the whole team
