Best Agile Adoption Product
What do you like best about the product?
Product Roadmap features,the state of the art project management tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Many properties at segregated sections makes the configuration near tedious

What do you like best about the product?
Kanban board or Scrum board are the best part.
All the requirements can be sliced into Epics and segregate granular details in Story cards. Unlike the olden days where we need to prepare n number of word documents with at least 50 plus pages of requirements etc. With Jira, we can also do planning and park other requirements in the parking lot (Backlog). We can even organize the backlog cards in a specific order for future sprints.
Reports are quite good in Jira especially the cycle time report is one of the vital one for senior stakeholders.
We can integrate JIRA with Slack; hence any movement on the story card will be visible within Slack. Also if a person has been tagged to a story card that can be notified in slack

What do you dislike about the product?
TQL sometimes does not provide the desired information, and it requires a bit of knowledge in organizing the search patterns. According to me the Drag and Drop technique would help the user

We have eliminated the requirement document maintenance, which was the biggest hassle and time-consuming activity if it needs to be versioned. As JIRA provides a clear history of what was changed etc. using the clever inbuilt versioning technique
Now all the requirements are sliced into smaller chunks; hence focus will be more on what we need to implement than going with a big bang approach

Version control, it's a good for project store data.

Not at all all are good and need to improve more.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to assign any task to concern person. Easy to monitor the current status of the task assigned to team members. Priority can be easily defIned whether urgent, high, moderate or low.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which I dislike about this tool is the multiple due dates which sometimes create confusion. Also, it's cloning feature is not good as mostly people create the new tickets with past date while cloning through old jira.

Team work can be easily monitored and it helps in identifying whether the assigned tasks have been delivered to business on time or not. How many issues have been delivered and how many are in queue is easily visible.

At our organization be used Jira to align tasks for design as well as other teams it has worked really well for us the integration of the platform with slack is something which I like the most.

It is better if labels are displayed on the backlog task list.

Reccomend this application to both startup & stable companies. Since this application have free version startup companies also can try this.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent user interface, highly effective in work task allocation and feedback receipt . Data management is easy and data retrieval is fast and helpful in prompt communication
What do you dislike about the product?
User needs to have adequate training and practice to understand the majority of the features and online help is not adequately resigned to get adequate information of using the features effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using mainly for Project task allocation, tracking and monitoring . It also gives real time picture of project financials, resource utilisation and project dashboard

The one is that difficult for collect all descriptions to export like the full document.I must use another tool for the documentation.

Good tool for managing internal ticketing system. Oriented more towards IT product/services.

Easily editable and customized workflow as per project requirement. Visibility of all tickets to the concerned stakeholders is the best thing that differentiates it from other basic tools.

Tools and features are more oriented towards IT product and services. Customer support for any kind of ad-hoc issues is also missing.

Resolving and tracking of customer support tickets and internal operational quality tickets. JIRA tools helps to track the tickets at multiple levels and provides comfort of customization as per project and business requirements.
