What do you like best about the product?
Team collaborations, Sprints and Tracking Tasks and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. Maybe it's the board navigation which is horizontal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of croos-team collaborations have been solved and the major benefit is that you have a track record of each task with dates which helps in better evaluation of the employees.
Absolute necessary for Agile and all methodologies
What do you like best about the product?
It is very User friendly and is an excellent tool for project management, starting from drafting your requirements, user stories to deployment. It provides an end-to-end platform for projects and makes the management of tasks pretty easy and convenient for the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customization takes longer than anticipated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spring planning and long-term project planning
What do you like best about the product?
You can start from a big project or feature (epic) all the way down to micro-tasks (epic-story-task/bug/...) and assign appropriate estimates for how long they'd take to complete
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to have a dedicated person to set it up for the whole company. It's good that they have a lot of levels of administrative capabilities but if you don't have a dedicated admin for this, it can become very complex for end-users to use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and progress tracking. Mostly annual planning all the way down to weekly planning. It makes prioritizing work easier. It also makes it easier to track how long each project actually took compared to original estimates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have someone to set it up for the team and allocate at least one week to do so
Best Project Management/Agile Work Tracking Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Administrators can easily update Jira to support any software development methodology. We use it for SAFe Agile, and it works great for us. We have several teams set up within Jira, each with its individual boards and backlogs. It's all very straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few items that our team has found lacking about Jira, but we have generally be happy. Jira does not seem to have good tools out-of-the-box for visualizing dependencies among issues/teams. There are plugins that can do this, however. Additionally, we have not found a good way to auto-generate subtasks on stories yet, but this is something we are still investigating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple teams working in a SAFe Agile environment. We use Jira to track work (stories) tied to overall initiatives, manage dependencies among items, and track releases for changes.
Jira for Case Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira integrates with our internal messaging service (Slack) for easy coordination of customer service. Instead of constantly checking the website, I can set it up so a message is delivered via email or Slack, and I can respond in an appropriate time frame.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be complicated to use, but this is easily overcome with consistent application and internal training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and prioritizing technical problems with our product, as well as managing customer feedback via the service desk.
Great tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of great things:
1. You can create EPICS to handle various sets of tasks under a single umbrella.
2. You can have spikes, stories, bugs, and more : ) whatever you need.
3. You can create sprints easily and manage task distribution on the basis of story points.
4. You also get a lot of fields like labels, priority, issues, etc to provide as much data in a story.
5. You can have multiple kanban boards and scrum boards for specific teams. This helps in segregating the tasks and sprints effectively.
