Amazing software tool

What do you like best about the product?
It has a phenomenal service desk that makes it very easy to process customer requests and fulfill them quickly. It's a very valuable tool for our organization and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be very technical and that can make it difficult for certain users to undertand. Therefore, there can be a decent amount of hand holding when walking people through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving internal requests and issues. We've benefited from greater speeds at fulfilling requests and solving issues.

I am pleased with everything so far. the only thing I would add when creating tickets for products, maybe having columns or bars for easier reading
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
product and account issues- it's a great benefit to have Jira as a tool in our workplace

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Jira is status tracking of the project, for Agile procces it's perfectly made software, where all the Agile methodology is inbuilt in Jira. And the Jira is highly customizable. And the cost of the Jira is very less expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started to us the Jira, complexity of the things increased because we can't go and update every miner details in it. Software needs to still more friendly. Even the setting are accessible from the client where it should not, need to check this part from the developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem I solve using the Jira is everytime I go and update the Jira/Kanban borad, you no need to go and tell the work completed to the client. As they also have the access to the board they can see.
When ever I update anything on Jira board client no need to keep an eagle eye on the board to get an update, they eventually get a mail to there inbox from the Jira board automatically once we update, which saves the time to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can export your searches. This helps when we export to excel to perform analysis for clients. It is also very easy to use and easy to show others how to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there are not any analysis features. Currently, I have to export to excel to run charts and analysis. Don't get me wrong, there are charts and pie graphs. but it is limited in that you can not look at many days or do more complex analaysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage our tickets for our clients. We use the system to send tickets across departments for work and tasks. We also have confluence, which we use like a Wiki page to house internal information.

Easy streamlined approach to organized workflows

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate and my whole team can clearly see what one is working on, no questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a project management platform that doesn't necessarily compute to different other departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us in line with all the tasks that ned to be done. The benefit is that we can trap it in Jira in case nobody wrote the problem down and we know we need to take care of this.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the software for our specific workflow and needs and to integrate it using webhooks and API. We don't have to create workarounds; it's flexible enough to make it exactly what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike, but the UI could be a bit more pleasing. It's 100% practical, which is excellent, but a little pretty thrown in never hurt nobody (said with twang).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all development tasks for our product and development teams. It is also an integral part of our customer feedback loop for bugs and feature requests.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to look at Atlassian's other offerings that integrate well into the software.

Easy to use tool for Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
In Jira, we can have all the different projects at one place, and it makes the tracking easy. There we can log all the issues that the developer team is facing and also we can help them if they are stucked at some place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be many more features like we have in new age tools that are available in the market. Jira developer Team can work on bringing these features for improving user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems like not having complete visibility and tracebility of the projects can be solved by using Jira.
The productivity of the team has been increased by using this product.

The best tool in its lane

What do you like best about the product?
I don't know what the best feature of Jira is. Because there are many.. I'm currently working in the Information Technology sector, but sometimes I want to manage my social life on Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we encounter bugs that we cannot make sense. It usually appears on the front end. For example, the epic link font color is black on the search result page. But it's white on the issue detail page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my team's roadmap, product backlog and sprint. We can access the reports of all times. We can track older decisions we made. There are so many fields to provide our needs, epic link, label, watcher, linked issues, etc.

Best product for task & product management

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a user-friendly UI & also great for managing software development phases. It also helps in creating various issue tickets and in bug tracking. Moreover, we can manage our tasks by "Sprint Management. It keeps colorful channels to be able to distinguish them from each other. Easy to attach files and links and it is simple, it is easy to generate reports and it is straightforward and complete to track the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Once the ticket is created you cannot delete it
2. Emails seems very automated and client's sometimes don't realize those are for them
3. Not mobile-friendly
4. Expensive for small firms
5. Sometimes the customization takes longer than anticipated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to organize our roadmap tasks more efficiently
Plan out all our updates in week sprints.
Product Development & Issue tracking
It's easy for management to see the status and understand blockers and report to the leadership.
Other members of the team can also review the work of their team members & what updates are going on a specific task, so it's easy to overtake the task in case of non availability of team menber
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool available in the market. You can easily manage tasks, product management, and updates regarding the tasks. It's a one-stop platform to keep a track of your tracks more efficiently
