What do you like best about the product?
We have been using JIRA across the current project and there are at least 4 different projects and 2 teams that are working on their projects (Large Projects broken into sub projects). From feature describing to user story writing, test cases, defects, reports, matrix, dashboards, time tracking all such activities been handled by JIRA.

We also love the customizations option as well as integration with other altassian products
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud version support for plugins and customization is limited to only the basics. Its not possible with dive in to it inner workings and develop your own without tapping the APIs externally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other solutions had fewer features compared to jira. Also Jira is kind of a necessity for project management.

administration, flexibility, speed to apply changes, integration with other applications

nothing, everything works perfectly and without problems

project tracking, project management, you can hold daily meetings and update the tasks of each person involved

Easy to use, friendly. Allows managing projects, project histories, communication with different sectors of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using the default system options and kanban bosrds
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. However,Sometimes managing of the 3rd party plugin needs to be handled carefully

Resolving Installation and upgrade issues.
Task assignment made easy and daily dashboard results are accurate

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Jira is that you can create different projects according to their versions and track the developmental and bug ticket according to the pending release which makes it a lot easy for the project managers, developers, and testers to check what is the current situation of the build release.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I would say I dislike about this Jira. I have been using this tool for a long time and I haven't come across anything that I would say should or shouldn't be here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a product-based software company and we have frequent updations in our product. Our product has many different modules and these modules have different releases from time to time. Therefore we manage all the module's development and bug tickets from this tool and having different release versions and tacking all of them in one place according to the release fix has made things a lot easy for us.

What do you like best about the product?
- Get up to speed with the new setup in no time.
- Tons of ready to use reports and templates.
- Intuitive UI/UX for non-technical users.
- Easy to use and tag people and set reminders, just like a social media platform it is smooth and super collaborative.
- Superior integrations of tools like a sentry, circle ci, Figma, Pager Duty etc. This makes Jira the single source of truth for all the project needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Last I saw that it didn't support Bulk ticket import using CSV.
- Should improve their popup for ticket creation, in an event of browser reloading by mistake our progress on the ticket is lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Managing agile projects for distributed teams and maintaining project backlogs.
- We have integrated all-important third-party tools with Jira which are important for Project Life Cycle. It helps in branch management of the code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- You get what you put when it comes to Kanban and project management boards.
- I suggest integrating all third-party tools that you use with Jira so that it starts to slowly become a single source of truth.
- Using Jira is like wine, most team members wouldn't like to document or maintain a record, etc but once you start developing the use of it more and more daily with integrations of all tools used by members then it will become a habit and goto place for all members naturally.

What do you like best about the product?
Two most used abilities I like best is to be able to create Boards and Dashboards.
In boards, we can basically handle and create multiple swim lanes. We can also create multiple dashboards using numerous number of widgets provided by Jira which basically gives us a birds eye view!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a little learning curve involved for creating & managing multiple projects. But I believe that's the case with any software application.

What do you like best about the product?
I ha e used jira for 1.5 years. It's just amazing tool to manage your project, tasks , support, client tickets and many more. We can manage project board with different tasks.we can create PCR sheet, we can link PR and git history easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For bigginer it's little bit time taking tool to adopt it. But once you use to it. It will save your lots of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed large scale projects in jira. Almost 150 developer in the same project. easy to manage individual task for each developer. End client communication can be done using this
