Not my favorite platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Not a fan in general. Reminds me of the 90s. I don't appreciate much about jira at all actually. We use to track reimbursement at work. Also use to track exposures.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of it. Not as automated as it could be and requires uploading documents. Not user friendly in my opinion. Outdated and cumbersome to use. Needs revamping to be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid using to track exposures fir employees. Also use to reimburse employees for mileage etc although this could easily be done using Kronos directly instead.
Powerful for Project Management, Defect Management and Test Management
What do you like best about the product?
It has a User-Friendly Interface with vast functionalities, easy integration with Xray and Bitbucket. Also, have integration with Jenkins for execution over the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is Nothing to dislike in the Application for me. Can improve the integration with different applications to get the work done more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for Project Management to create the scrum board, Test Cases, and defect management. Also, I have JIRA integrated with my Jenkins pipeline to publish the execution results directly from Jenkins to JIRA.

It's a powerful tool for Project Management, Test Management, and Defect Management.
Software that saves my time
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very comfortable software that helps me to plan my daily working process. i can determine priorities easily with jira. It really saves my time that is valuable today.
What do you dislike about the product?
According to the field where the Jira belongs, i think it's great software. Maybe there are people who think that some tools are missing in Jira, bit i don't think so. it's simly good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan my working day with Jira beforehand. and not to worry something will be forgotten. I work with friends even faster. i can invite teammates to my site that is pretty good.
Highly Customisable and Modular solution
What do you like best about the product?
We use multiple Jira solutions and I love that they are highly customisable and their support team is one of the best I've ever worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
You often need to engage Jira support to configure most settings as the solution is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to manage Change for our Dev team, we have Service Management for our IT help desk and use a number of integrated tools for asset management, knowledgeable and code repository.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend investing in the Atlassian ecosystem as we have. Trello, BitBucket, Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence and Asset Management for Jira are a suite of excellent products which are highly customisable and fit many business cases.
Best tracking tools
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and maintain. Help a lot in managing multiple projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. We haven't found any issue while using jira.

We use Jira for tracking production deployment, bug tracking and sprint plaaning.

Easy to create tasks, assign to people and track progres.

The process is cumbersome to display new tasks under the responsible person in the dashboard.

We use it to track team activities and progress; also can assign tasks to others. That takes away some meeting time.
I love Atlassian products, but I love jira the most
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Jira as a planning and tracking module in our startup to achieve agility. We are actually using Scrum methodology and I love how jira allow me to have a clear overview about everything in the actual sprint, the past ones, and the team memebrs performance.
Also, I like how it allows an easy integration with various other tools like Github.

From my personal experience I have nothing to complain about, However, some colleagues told me that it's hard to manage large teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows me to planify, excute, monitor sprints for our Android app development. It gives a cool overview of the actual sprint and the team memebrs performance which improves our productivity and make my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I find this software very versatile and helpful, it has functions that make work more straightforward when it comes to organization, planning and meeting goals, it helps teamwork to be totally effective, it is easy to keep track of the activities that must be carried out. , the notifications of change of any action are working well. It offers the option of multiple views, it is used to manage projects, so people who want to see an overview of the work have the option of using the To-do List or simply the Roadmap, and on the other hand the team members who They could be trying to balance their daily activities they can look at the Dashboard to plan their workload, I like it because it easily adapts to what you want to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative comments, I think it is an application that can improve even many things, I have only had some problems when updating an activity, it has not worked for me in real time, otherwise, all good.

JIRA has definitely improved the performance of the team, allows us to plan our projects in the longer term, allows us to prioritize and estimate the work effort of the entire team and keep everyone involved, allows us to constantly monitor each activity carried out or pending to be done, We use the software for easy project management and issue tracking. NOs has offered multiple benefits, including ease of tracking work among project developers and keeping back work to review in the future. Its continuous updates of the work carried out allow you to know how the teams invest time and provide productivity work, it is also fully customizable and provides automation and integration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a beneficial and necessary product in a company, we all want to make the work easy, maintain the organization, be able to plan in a simple, effective way and that goal are met in time limits, for that it is necessary to use software like JIRA.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to make sub tasks and the tracking capabilities for projects and tasks across mutiple teams and the help section to troubleshoot
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to understand new fetures aded to a board unless its explained to me exactly how it works

tracking multiple and breakdown of mutiple projects, tracking heldesk requests, using tickets to create a roadmap of work to be completed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a good plan of the orginational stucture of who will be using the system and what requests they will action and also have a plan for what you want to accompliah with the system and then build it out from there. Make sure you review progress and make any tweks and necessary
JIRA = Best Friend
What do you like best about the product?
It's perfect for keeping track of "cases" submitted, as well as asking for certain things like technical support or other specific requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use but not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep track of campaign life as we utilize JIRA for backend setup and changes to campaign budgets, flight dates or KPI.
