What do you like best about the product?
Project sharing is transparent and straightforward. It helps me to keep my team in the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little confusing and overwhelming on the configuration side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project communication can be tricky, and JIRA keeps my team well informed and updated about project progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can represent a steep learning curve if you don't know basic APM concepts. I suggest reading or watching tutorials.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact how different boards can be set up and how teams can work effectively on different sprints. And get all the updates from all the team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. It's very easy to use and manage. I like the slack Jira configuration a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setup various departmental/functional boards and manage projects and get results. Such as Product board, escalation board, IT board.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an application that offers a wide range of functions, I like the access and permission controls, it allows control from the administrator, its application and assignment management features are easy to use and help a lot, I like Jira because it will enable us to plan longer-term projects, we can prioritize and estimate the work effort of the entire team and keep everyone involved in the cycle. It also allows us to make it clear when the definitions are not yet complete and delay the work of our designers or developers. It offers ready-to-use tools and also allows you to create your own, as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, it has become challenging to receive notifications, which does not allow real-time monitoring, although it is straightforward and flexible, it can be a bit complicated at first when trying to define and organize the types of work items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using this software we have noticed the change in the company, we have improved the performance of the team, based on visual data in real-time that the team can use, creating dashboards for our products is now easier, also long-distance roadmaps and bonding issues according to our Sprints. We are now following our work and plans on JIRA. It has also allowed the creation of user and problem stories, planning sprints and distributing tasks throughout the software team, benefiting the result and creating a commitment from all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommended, with JIRA, I can plan and create excellent products, it allows to capture and organize problems, assign work and follow team activity. Works on the desktop or on the go with the new mobile interface, JIRA helps the team get the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is a powerful agile tool for bug tracking and issue management and has fantastic reporting and is highly customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing specific that I can point out that I dislike JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use JIRA to create channel pages for our clients and we also use it for accessibility issue tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a goood product that can be ised across project for task management. It helps in planning, tracking and in reporting aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira core is a but slow so adding new features and management is a bit frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to manage project details. Better task management and reporting.

A fantastic tool for managing ongoing software projects

What do you like best about the product?
The multiple views in Jira are great for managing projects - folks who want to see an overview of outstanding work can use the "Backlog" or "Roadmap," while team members who might be trying to balance their daily activities can look at the "Board" to plan their workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a super flexible tool, but it can be a little frustrating in the beginning while trying to define and organize work item types. Jira doesn't have the concepts of "Epics" or work items that hold multiple features, so sometimes getting related features gathered together can be a bit of a training exercise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows us to plan our longer-term projects. We're able to prioritize and estimate work effort for the whole team and keep everyone involved in the loop. It also allows us to make it clear when definitions are not yet complete and holding up work for our designers or developers.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. The buttons are easy to find. Lot of features such as timesheets and Sprint planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to dig deep to find what you're looking for
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint planning
Better productivity was realized after this was implemented in the organization. This has led to less issues for our customers

Buy it. Better than others such as version one and rally

What do you like best about the product?
I administer JIRA on the problem resolution ticket side, the system makes it easy for our staff and customers to submit requests from our web page form. We then can have our help desk resolve our low-level problem requests, and escalate to support teams as needed. I am able to administer support team access and set up access groups. The reporting tool is easy to use and can customize the order and amount of data displayed. We are able to set up separate projects to contain tickets only associated with that project. The data flows and choices are managed easily by our system team, and I am able to maintain field choices on ticket fields at the project administration level that I handle. The system also ties to Confluence for documentation purposes and allows a knowledge base repository. The system communicates effectively by email also and allows security levels to control restricted internal technical messages between support teams, and open messages for the customer who submitted the ticket. JIRA helps our technical teams to track and resolve problems quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the processes to set up the system ticket flows and functionality are complicated, and my boss and the system administrators manage those processes. They are able to train me on my Project Administration of the system from the second level Administration access under System Administration. I do not know the more complicated parts of the system as well as I would like, but this allows for growth in skill over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to manage system problems at various levels, report on tickets in the system, manage many projects, track our time spent on tasks performed and support our customers easily. JIRA allows us to run our business and easily keep our Customers satisfied. Our 8 counties of schools are able to use our JIRA for assistance as well as other schools from the whole state of Texas.
