Jira software for agile development
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps track of all our requirements and has integrated features with bitbucket and slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to group work to report to executives at a higher level. We use the JIRA portfolio, but it still has some issues with providing the big picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA facilitates our work in an agile manner. We develop our software to support sales of our insurance products.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an extremely resourceful tool from project management to tracking trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira customization is very manual. I'd love to see jira create automated solutions for jira infrastructure creation. Eg screen scheme, issue screen scheme, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use jira in a variety of situations. It's great for issue tracking, building requirements, and identifying trends. It provides real time solutions in visual charts.
Tremendously tweakable
What do you like best about the product?
Its dynamic and flexible. Generally, anything wish or want our team has come across as far as features or functionality, we've been able to configure Jira to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It has tons of integration and hooks available. It could use more functionality as far as assigning "pairs" of developers to stories but even then we have found ways to tweak and configure things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking, reporting of work done and completed.
Efficient on team task management
What do you like best about the product?
It helps our team to manage all the task tickets more efficiently. You can assign access to clients and team members to keep everyone involved updated should there be any progress or blockers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin interface can be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly account management for all our clients covering tasks such as site development, designs and advertising service. It saves us time and energy while dealing with a great number of task tickets for various clients at the same time.
Keep all your agile teams in good fit
What do you like best about the product?
It is so complete that it is difficult to highlight a single feature. Task tracking in the dashboard is complete with status, responsible parties, attachments and comment threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not say, at the beginning we had some doubts about the number of licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be totally impossible to work in kanban or scrum without such a tool, in the cloud, available to the whole team and facilitating each of the sprint phases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't think there is a better tool to track projects.
Powerful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it easy to track software development projects. The board view makes it easy for non-technical managers to view task progress, as well as add and prioritise tasks, bugs and change requests, and to view reports on team member performance and progress. For developers the ability to assign work, track progress of colleagues, and tasks, and collaborate is essential, and makes project planning and management a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is very powerful and flexible, and setting it up and using some of the more complex features can be confusing for non-technical managers. But its flexibility means it can be applied to many use-cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to manage a small software developement team, and Jira has been essential in helping us project plan and manage development work between developers and non-technical stakeholders.

Flexible configurability makes it easy to fit into a project's work environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's reporting is poor, for example how to find out information about how time is spent

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very good tool to monitor the work of the team, it provides us the whole flow of software development lifecycle which help people to complete work in a productive manner, we can assign tickets to teammates, we can mark sprints, we can mark release versions, who will test that ticket and all of this with the proper flow of the software. We can assign priority to our task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is very good software made to provide full control over the software lifecycle and monitor the workflow, i don't find any cons in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting all my tasks through Jira, Software development lifecycle of tickets , easy manageable work, priorities all this make Jira a very efficient software

What do you like best about the product?
Jira's platform is significant, and it may be customized to meet specific needs. Jira's search capabilities are unique, as are the filters that may be applied to the results. The provided user dashboards are easy to use and allow users to manage their work on their dashboards. Sharing dashboards with other users depending on permissions is also a terrific way to save time and make the most of reuse. Jira has a wide range of built-in tools, including statistics and templates, that are extremely useful in real-time and provide a fantastic user experience. Jira is a tremendous program for every IT professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to complain about. I have not come across any bugs or issues with this software. To me, it looks perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using Jira boards, transparency in the work process, roadmaps, and careful preparation of every deployment and bug tracking - moreover, I consider them essential in my position. In my opinion, this is one of the keys to our IT department's success.

Proper planning of product development is an essential point to success, and this is what Jira is perfect for.

What do you like best about the product?
Best Tool for For Product Development and Tracking. It is a great tool that allows for greater team collaboration within Agile projects. It is easy to use and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about such a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working remotely with my colleagues and tracking the development process is the most important thing here. Jira provides everything for the Agile Software Development Process.
