The All in One Issue Tracking that every IT company needs
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, Cross-platform support, Assign and track tasks in One-click, Advance filter options, Mobile App, User-friendly UI, Track of issues bugs and tasks in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have a dark mode, Limited File upload size, Integration with other Apps is not Easy, Has to browse a lot of options to find something, Little complex for newbies, No Chat feature, Little Expensive for Startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we have to manually assign or inform team members to assign tasks and bugs nut now When a new project comes, we have to create a roadmap for it and then we create small individual tasks and assign them to each member. So for us, it is very easy to keep a track of all the tasks and subtasks for the entire team, can manage and set timelines, and can easily be assigned to any member easily. With this, We handle more than 100 projects at once every day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, you might face problems in the first 2-5 days for setup and understanding but after that things will get a lot easier and flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it is very flexible, I also really like the user interface, it is very intuitive and offers a pleasant user experience, I love kanban boards, everything is very configurable and I like that I can customize it as much as I want according to my needs, it integrates very well with other software such as Bitbucket and Slack, I like that it has checklists, I like that I can create custom queues and I can automatically redirect problems to these queues, it has helped me save money For a long time, I can attach files and links and it is simple, it is easy to generate reports and it is straightforward and complete to track the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had no problem using this software, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a simple system, it is its most significant benefit, the project management tools are easy to use, I can create agile dashboards for SCRUMS or KANBAN, it is beneficial for team collaboration, and I like that I can link my problems with stories and complete tracking, I can even track how much effort is spent on an article, I can generate reports, prioritize problems, time-track articles, I love that I can do massive updates on articles, it's great for planning tasks and subtasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software because it is a handy and powerful tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The best agile tool that you will find! Is easy to use, has a lot of good graphs that help on the understanding of the development process. If well used and configured, it will help to organize the development cycle. Has a lot add-ons and integrations, such as gitlab, github, bitbucket,...
What do you dislike about the product?
If you use too many attributes to configure your tasks, when you will "open" the issue, it becomes a little confusing.

Simply the best way to organize the development cycle of your products. It will help the organization of the tasks, measurement of bugs, and needs that the product has.

What do you like best about the product?
All the project data , updates, requirements and set up at one place in this tool. It is easy now to track all the activities starting from the requirements to project delivery. Bug life cycle can be achieved and get properly track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too slow. Also if need to export the test cases with steps then it have some complicated formats which need to be improved.

All the project activity can be monitor at one place. No need to maintained multiple sheets and docs.

What do you like best about the product?
The plug-in ecosystem and how JIRA is easily able to adapt to a large variety of tasks and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price point. JIRA can get a little pricey when loaded with many paid plugins. Perhaps it would be better if plugins can be enabled on a per-user basis.

JIRA Has Everything For Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
In Jira, there are lots of things that I like most like creating project workflow in the initial stage, using filters, and JIRA is also available on mobile that is quite good for me to access it easily. I am using the Scrum template it is user-friendly and easy for me with all required features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not dislike anything in JIRA, but for new users, it is not easy to understand all the functions at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create a project roadmap and keep track of it.
It saves my time and I can integrate with my service like I am using Google Sheets and MS teams.

One of the best project management software on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Jira comes out with an extensive set of features and modules to plan, control and manage your project of any scale. It also provides great connectivity capabilities, like integration with Slack for example. Very flexible and user-friendly software. We also connected Jira to time tracking software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administering Jira projects can become a nightmare because of all flexibility and set of features Jira comes with. But for me personally, not having recurring tasks out of the box was a big turnoff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing all our company projects for different SaaS products we have with the help of the Jira project management tool.

Nothing to dislike but below improvement, I would suggest.
