Progress tracking made easier
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience that comes from Jira Cloud Mobile has been my favourite so far because it allows me to track work done and assigned tasks. More so I can remotely update my team on any changes that need much attention.
Push notifications is another feature that helps keep me updated and I like that even when I am offline I am always updated which has been very helpful so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
Compatibility of the software with my iOS devices has not been that great in terms of file sharing and this has been limiting me so much causing a lot of inconveniences whenever I receive messages that require document sharing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has managed to save us a lot of time initiating projects which used to be a problem in our organisation because of time limits but Jira has allowed us through its templates to start projects a step ahead.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend anyone considering the product to choose the Windows operating system to avoid problems with file sharing when using this product.

Great software for service desk ticketing and project planning
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that makes Jira one of the best tools for ticketing/project planning is that it is user-friendly on the front-end but still powerful and fully customizable on the back-end. With add-ons available through their marketplace, you can easily add anything from Kanbans to Analytics, to customized solutions from add-on vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a learning curve if you've never used an Atlassian tool before, but this can be easily overcome with their documentation and responsive support desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has helped with not only tracking current Service Desk issues, but also with helping provide future customers with targeted support articles BEFORE they put in a ticket; reducing the workload on the SD and empowering customers to resolve their own support issues.
Best ticketing tool to manage your work
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is simple to use and helps our team to manage tasks along with the time
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Jira which can be disliked apart from one thing that it does not give you the option to restore the deleted tickets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the requests and the development work are tracked in Jira. This allows us to know how teams invest their time, and it provides quick productivity work at the end of the day without any manual efforts. It also helps us to mark the urgency of tickets so that team understands what needs to be prioritized. It's fully customizable and allows automation and integration
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are someone who is managing multiple functions and finding it hard to keep track & be on top of things, you should go for Jira as they make your life easy

Dashboard, Backlog, Current plan and metric report, bifurcation of projects or creating multiple project and integration between them

Project Management, Defect Management, Report Creation
One tool to manage it all
What do you like best about the product?
What can I say about JIRA apart from that it's an awesome tool, With the ease of drag and drop it's very easy and simple to manage the sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's not synced between users who are making the same changes from different places.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our software development lifecycle is being managed on JIRA, our sprints and kanban boards are part of that.
Great for Project Management and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA gives us the ability as a business to create and track issues that we need to address. I find it to be very straightforward with all of the labeling features and the ability to add watchers to any ticket that we create so that the correct people have visibility into whatever they need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming with the amount of content within the platform. However, that is not due to any issues with the actual product. It is our own doing in creating too much in too many different areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since so many things pop up throughout the business daily, JIRA allows us to track everything we need. It's very organized and gives us visibility into everything. We can view progress, understand deadlines, requirements, etc... It's a great tool.

My experience with jira
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to use and manage the project tasks.
wen can create the process flow and then we can create bugs are incidents or tasks and start to monitor them and it will send email notifications and we can also create diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't have any issues but UI needs to be improved to get understand .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Jira to manage our automation process task status and after the development we are using for test cases to execute and then using for to create any bugs or incidents and start tracking all these times.
Very useful for team organization when working collaboratively
What do you like best about the product?
I like how visual this tool is: it shows all my tasks as boxes that I can drag from the "to do" column to the "in progress" column to the "complete" column. It's also super easy to see everything that my team is working on (I can see who is working on which task by their unique icon). I also like the task hierarchy that is implemented: creating an epic for a large project, then stories for an objective, and tasks & subtasks that make up the stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions in searching for tasks is confusing/complicated. My team has had trouble looking for certain tasks because of the "coding" JQL syntax needed to search for tasks associated with certain tags, and sometimes this is the only way to do it (as the visual way to filter through tasks doesn't always show the right items).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily divide a task up into sub-tasks and assign them to different team members, as well as check their progress each sprint. This tool provides a lot of insight as to how much workload a particular team member can take each sprint
