What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira, unfortunately, is expensive. The core Jira product has many missing features for the price like built-in time tracking, timelines, notepads, and more. And almost all of these features are only available as paid plugins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily customizable, one can create flow charts, work charts with the help of [Jira Software]

The perfect service to manage Software Development Projects
What do you like best about the product?
With Jira, you can track your software development projects as easy as a few clicks, it provides an interactive and intuitive interface to monitor and measure the advance of your projects. If you area appliying agile metodologies, Jira is the perfect tool to support the whole process and its native integration with Sourcetree is a perfect friend for developers to keep their code updated and secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes web page components load slowly, but it is not a big deal. Most of the time, their service works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jira, we can provide the solid background to support and apply Scrum / Scrumban methodology to our software development process. This tool facilitates the workload for project managers, Scrum Masters, and team members.
Best ticketing software.Period.
What do you like best about the product?
Managing tickets is effortless. Everything from assigning to finishing is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a nit-pick, but you cannot save a ticket midway and come back and finish it later. Sort of like a Drafts system but for tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can see all the issues our users are facing in a much more transparent way.
A solid tool for organizing all of your development across projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get up and running and assign tasks to your developers to complete. The kanban board and backlog makes project management a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy for development tasks to get buried among multiple projects and get forgotten about. Maintenance then becomes a challenge. Administrating JIRA can be a lot of work without someone experienced to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have consolidated specs we write up for our projects all in one place. The tight integration to Confluence lends itself nicely for documentation of bugs and product documentation.
Complete software management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the inbuilt features like time tracking, sprint management, tracking the timesheet, bug management, and many more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Persons who all are tagged in an issue should automatically we added to watch list.

No need to buy different softwares. It does have various plugins available like timesheet , etc.

Do Checkout all the available plugins; it's a standard tool to manage bugs and complete sprint management.

It's widely adopted and popular for a reason.
Jira Cloud is nice, but confusing!
What do you like best about the product?
The filter searches are great. The ability to drag and drop files is great. The out-of-the-box features, such as Kanban board, are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system configuration is not very intuitive. Adding pictures could be more easier. The canned reports could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for Customer Support helpdesk tickets, software development, and project management. We also utilize Tempo Timesheets, a Jira add-on.

What do you like best about the product?
I used jira to manage codes and work tickets for my projects. Like a git scrum here I can manage all the todo lists, in-progress lists, and done tasks lists here.

There is nothing to dislike in Jira. I used Jira for the last 1 year. I never face any issue there
