Simple and user-friendly project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience it offers me to manage my team and the department's tasks in a quick and dynamic way for all the staff. I believe a tool like this is absolutely necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing to mix tasks, projects, and activities at the beginning with the tool. Once you get used to it, it's not really a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the tool to manage my team of 2 people in an IT department within the organization I work for. It is essential to keep tasks and open projects up to date.
Best Project Management Tool In The Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Kanban boards, Burndown charts, Filtering Tasks, Notifications Service, Web App, and Mobile App Support, Bitbucket tracking with Commit id and what not. It has everything one has to deliver the projects with the latest scrum method as well as waterfall
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything in it. No dislike on JIRA. Only dislike is my task is getting rejected :D.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the entire team tasks. Release plan, Release notes. Confluence to add all the architectural documents

If you're going to manage project management, this is a great app for you. Trust me
Good project management program
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira notifies users when they have been tagged in a ticket, if someone mentioned them in a ticket, you can also mark step by step as your work your way through tickets in Jira. There is a lot to like about it, things can be attached and the search capabilities are very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes of the program. Jira allowed me and my colleagues to manage work tickets and accomplish tasks collaboratively across markets/countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you work at a company that was technological there tend to be situations where things require eyes being placed on them to fix any issues that may arise. Jira was really helpful in having members from CS mention any bugs, then the product team could look at those issues or any other team that may need to see what is happening. You could tag folks and comment to start a conversation to aid in fixing the problem quickly. Again linking the issues let us have a way to understand the impact across markets. There was a lot of good to come out of Jira. I would definitely recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
Minimal and a simple UI with all features required for release management and ticket tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not good for collaboration of team. No single dashboard to show summary of current sprint or a brief of pending tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Release Management and Project Task Tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If continous collaboration is not the primary requirement and need a simple tool for release management or bug tracking JIRA is the most widely used tool.

I can track the projects & Assign work at the same time while keeping an eye about the progress report of the work which made my work look more easier.

It integrates with slack, which makes it fast + easy to get notified about specific workflows. However, I rarely utilize it

Jira is a very powerfull tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very comfortably made for reporting bug during the testing process and track them afterwards. It makes the while development and testing processes a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Jira. Its developed quite well to satisfy customers needs. The user interface and the usability are flawless. Its perfectly organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve ticket organisational and tracking problems and benefits are huge. It helps to solve the task separation issues and also it keeps history of the already completed tickets.

I like the accessibility of Jira Core. It has been very helpful for me to manage multiple projects and stay updated about each of them.

I think this product is great. However, it took me some time to set my grip on t. Maybe make it more user-friendly in future versions?

Jira s a good way to manage tasks and help everyone in the team stay on the same page. This is effective in terms of saving time and helping everyone track their tasks within an agile environment.

One way to have the best time using it is by doing a short course/reading more about Jira products or Jira Core specifically.
Best work management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can help you perform Agile Management within your team, whether Sprint or Kanban. It's very flawless to create tickets with details, delegate tasks, close sprint and organize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike. I think Jira has everything its customer needs mainly. But perhaps the dark mode isn't visibly great, in my opinion. And it seems like it doesn't cache our session. Thus, I have to refresh every time my laptop just rebooted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked at a company that uses Jira; it helps with Agile Management assign tasks and everything. The benefits are mainly how we can be more organized and manage time well.

Dashboards are easy to use, not much setup to get started

Cannot change the process and can only work with the constraints of preset workflows - does not work for my functional part of organization
