Great for IT
What do you like best about the product?
Love using it for IT tickets It's alot more easy to use than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would maybe say is it can look cleaner and more modern but otherwise, it's great. I wish it were easier to look at all the topics people had issues about and the responses. For example, seeing if the local printer not working is being resolved etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT ticket problems, sending a ticket to the oracle team in IT to update certain items like standard costs and asking for supplies at work.
Jira review

Organizing project tasks and deliverables into sprints, and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a great high-level view of projects and reporting is not very comprehensive

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sprint reports more robust, create higher-level project tracking for projects (program level)
JIRA helps us with organization of our software issues and enhancements

What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the correct flow can be difficult and may need lots of planning

Organization and priotitazation/.
Jira is very helpful to track bugs and link with other applications
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how helpful Jira is in tracking bug tickets and that I can link it to so many external sites. It is very good about organizing different groups of storys we make as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how the backlog is organized when trying to use scrum and making a sprint, there is no way to separate issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have very easily implemented scrum into our team thanks to Jira. We also have been able to link it to testrail to help us create test cases and stay organized. It has been extremely helpful being able to organize our stories into separate groups to later on find exactly what tickets are related to which.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take advantage of the other features that can be linked, such as testrail, bitbucket, atlassian, etc.
Best way to stay organized and track sprints.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is flexible and customizable. The design is super intuitive so everyone on the team can stay up to date with where everything stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's flexible, Jira takes a lot of work and tweaking to get just right. Also, there's a lot of email notifications that no one's been able to disable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tagging tickets and adding them to sprints, as well as organizing big launches into small manageable chunks.
The organization with this app, it's amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows you to organize tasks and keep track
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it is a bit complicated to understand how it works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know what you are working on, solve organizational problems
Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Syncing up tickets with repositories. Flexible statuses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Jira for multiple projects in multiple windows. Would be nice for it to remember what project I'm depending on the window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Juggling multiple projects, it's easy to see at a glance what my developers are working on. Easy analysis and easy to communicate to the client what the status of any given project is.
A unique way of managing support & tickets
What do you like best about the product?
We can work as a team, check updates on issues - who is working on it, how the issue got resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version has some limitations like few GBs of storage, only community-driven support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete Helpdesk Solution, we can work as a single team, IT gets more benefits.
Jira is a great project management tool for software developers
What do you like best about the product?
You can create issues and tasks, that you assign to your team members. And then you can add them to your sprint and track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the user interface takes a bit of getting used to but once you get over that. You are good to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating software project and managing them from Jira and confluence together.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Jira is a good tool if you are want to manage an agile software project, I would recommend it without any doubt, plus you also have the advantage of integrating with Confluence, X-ray for test Management, and bitbucket as repository all under one roof.
Good product for collaborating on software development
What do you like best about the product?
The way it's set up for software development teams makes it very easy to start using with very little explanation. The key terminologies used around agile software development processes are already built into JIRA.
You can get a lot of collaboration between teams on JIRA, track issue statuses and attach files and this is essential to our teams.
You can get a lot of collaboration between teams on JIRA, track issue statuses and attach files and this is essential to our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of customization which also means that there are potential issues, e.g. odd workflows and cards that can just go missing.
It integrates well with some products but oddly not with others (e.g. trello, owned by the same company).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the software development process better and more accountable, this has meant we deliver more and better quality.
We've also formalised our processes more.
