What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track multiple projects, show progress in dashboard form, easily share documents and files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple email notifications when a task gets updated, dashboard view could be better

What do you like best about the product?
Ticket submission is easy. I like that it actually integrates with client success so that we have a full overview of each clients ticket in their profile
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration process was long and tedious and took wayyyy more time than it should have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All problems related to bugs in our software and new features we want to release

What do you like best about the product?
The way it is integrated with other tools such as bit bucket makes it easier to have everything on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are other tools such as COR that might be useful to have it integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely this has been the easiest way to manage my product development and track my backlog.

What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of options and types of project management.
Built in analytics and graphs.
Time tracking and management is natively supported.
Dependencies are well handled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the addons are extremely overpriced and it takes a while to understand as everything is put it in a complicated way than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete Project Management, Card creation and assignment, Bug Reporting, Bugbusting, Team Analytics, time tracking, feedback on completed tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an extraordinary application for our company. We can rally with each other and produce new channels, complete instruments to keep your detachment running. It keeps colorful channels to be able to distinguish them from each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be a bit tangled at times and maybe wrong for some other stage of the usual internet media. Jira allows us to communicate more fluidly in our team, but some errors can complicate it on certain occasions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used a variety of channels for our different work areas, and I guess the Jira dashboard is my favorite. It feels cleaner and less complex to understand. Our collaborators can move within the application easily and quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use Jira as a constant setting to keep our conversations orderly, it feels like working with a harmonic order using applications like this.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is fundamentally a ticket-based tool that I use for Project Management and Bug tracking. Anything else you want it to be will be anywhere from a slight deviation to a complete and utter kludge-job. Jira does have a lot of app integration, such as Slack, all the Atlassian sister products, Git/Bit, etc. Those work well as long as you are using Jira as the source. It's an excellent and fundamental PM tool, but be sure this is the tool you need as it could offer too little or too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a ticket-based tool. So everything is a ticket (issue). Tracking hours worked by users, planning across projects, more robust Sprint options, etc., are either impossible or need to be done through a paid app on the marketplace. And even then, it is hit or miss with the tool you think you need. I use a more personal approach, plus Jira and a few other tools to supplement. You could do it all in Jira, but I wouldn't recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira works well as a Kanban tool, so that's how I've used it as a PM. It's essentially helped clear boards and give a better sense of people's day-to-day efforts. When used correctly and as a supplemental tool, the Kanban board (or Sprint board if you use it that way) becomes a critical piece for users to track their tasks daily. Once you get the user base on board and using the tool, I found that velocity increases a reasonable amount.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand your business case before you decide on any tool. Jira is a great fit for specific circumstances. It may be too little, too much, or not aligned with your PM methodology.

The Best Project Management Tool I have ever used

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is made very user friendly and that's the best think I like about Jira. I am using Jira from 2012 i.e. almost 8 Years. In starting, I faced much difficulties in using Jira but I must say that the designers have so much improvements now I can used it smothly. The best thing is that it can now used by any team to track and get the task done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about using Jira software. There is still some scope for improvement, but that isn't something I don't like. The formatting options should be made sticky. I have to scroll up to format the Ticket description.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Jira for assigning tasks and projects to different teams and tracking the progress and workflow for the assigned tasks and projects. It helps me in keeping records for each activity and improves productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
This helps me greatly when keeping track of multiple projects at a time. I can keep track of my smaller tasks and also the larger projects. It keeps me accountable and allows my colleagues to see where I'm at. I also like being able to create cards and schedule them for future sprints when a new idea comes to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just so much. I feel like I am barely scratching the surface. This is partially my fault, but honestly I'm afraid to start using some of the other features and mess up what I've already got going. I wish the features were more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of what I'm working on, what needs to be done, and what I've finished. I am considerably more productive because it's easier to pick up where I left off. I feel I can effectively manage more projects at a time, and can collaborate better with my team.

What do you like best about the product?
it is a powerful work management tool that is designed to teams of all types manage works as it is great for agile methodologies
it manages all from a single system such as agile development projects
the software is easy to use and user friendly
its free plan can be use up to 10 users giving an additional space of 2GB to operate your work efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
it works very well on the web version as compared to the mobile version
it has a limited size file uploads in the free version
some might find that the filter tool is not so easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
jira easily automates the task and processess
which ultimately saves your time which you can use it in your more productive work
increase your effiecieny to work and its so much easy to use that is a mere play of drag and drop your work according to your requirements.
