How it's makes project management easy
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is literally a great tool to manage projects using its kanban board. Settings a goal for weeks called sprints and using tasks to perform by creating tickets.
Using this it's the help team member (developers) to purify what the task they have to perform and all.
Not only the team, but it also helps the project manager to get a grip on the development phase of the project. It helps them to understand what should be done first, what is the highest priority, lowest priority.
Clarify the goal of the task. So managers mostly don't get busy to clarify the task completely to each mamber.
Using this it's the help team member (developers) to purify what the task they have to perform and all.

What do you dislike about the product?
We can't perform specific filtering and sometimes the UI is loading unpredictably.
Jira isn't capable to perform more than 4 levels of nested issues, for example, Initiative, Epic, Story, Sub-Task. This makes it not suitable for large/complicated projects.

Jira helps me to understand my daily tasks to perform.

Great toll for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps keep track of user stories and manage time and resources to the best of their abilities. It's a straightforward platform with tons of features and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it has everything I need, and I haven't faced issues with it. Therefore nothing wrong to mention here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped connect with the team and their tasks and understand which stage they are in their duties. We have been using Scrum meetings to keep track of the stories and help if anyone is stuck.

It's a great tool to use with teams. It helps to keep track of things and can recommend this product to anyone.
Effective communication and documentation for technical problems and projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable the ticket submission forms are. They work for many situations and teams by streamlining the ticket creation process. The submission forms help anyone know the exact information needed for a tech, engineer, and anyone else to do their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to select a list of criteria I want to search for open and closed tickets. Currently, I can search by Project, Type, Status, and Assignee reasonably quickly, but many more criteria exist that I cannot sort by. If I want to look for custom fields or tickets created by specific teams, I need to write code to search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues between techs, engineers, and other teams reduced since we implemented Jira. We now have an effective escalation process from one group to another group that allows ticket prioritization to be efficient.
Dev system can be clunky at times
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of functionality and allows the tracking of all our complex dev pieces in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
The roadmap function is really not great and integrations with other systems can have limitations

Getting all of the dev team working in one place

What do you like best about the product?
All of my planned works can be tracked here with detail. I work in Agile and we have Sprint works are tracked with a Jira stories. You can update everything detail here. All task related communications can be done here rather than the Traditional mails. Comments sections help with this. Also, this tool integrates with many other tools. My Git commits are always tracked here. Every task I perform with my team at work is always reflected here.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can improve, sometimes it bit confusing to navigate through Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Agile, all of our Sprint work are tracked here. We have a Kanban board. Traditionally we use walls and sticky notes to move the task, but now we use Jira's Kanban board for that purpose when we work from home.

Ease of use, all project tasks are visible. Management in a few clicks.

sometimes the download speed is slow on the phone

Used for automation and to coordinate with different teams in different time zones. Easy to input feedback in comments
Good Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Able to easily assignment tasks that are understandable and accessible to the rest of the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Struggled with the filters early on. When trying to view tasks in one section I would accidentally be filtering through the previous section I clicked on.

It can be difficult to search for previous tickets/projects based on keywords.
