JIRA : The ALM that does it all
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of customizations available, and it is effortless to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; it is highly customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agile planning, release velocity, and bug-tracking are the main issues we have solved using Jira.
it's save my time to track and manage tasks bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I most like the Reports feature, and in the report, my favorite is burndown chart, Which helps me to track remaining tasks and movement of tasks per day and also i used this report to track past performance of sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
As feature-wise, Jira is best, but UI is not very impressive. As per my opinion need to improve UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves one of the big problems like intercommunication with product team, Qa team and Developer team. comments help me to resolve this thing and that provide me to proper thread for task
also, we added a due date for tasks that's helped me to deliverd features in production on right time before jira we make google sheets for this and it is very had to manage

Industry's best tool for software development management
What do you like best about the product?
It has lots of features required for software development management like Trello board like boards, timeline integrated with calendar, project pages, integration with version control systems, roadmap planning, backlog management. These features and tools make it one of the most wanted and used in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex for beginners and might not be feasible for small projects and teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira at Brahmos Interactive and to manage the development of all of its software(they are games basically), all of our client and personal projects are being managed with the team via Jira only. We use it daily and find it to be of great use.

What do you like best about the product?
It has loads of features from bug tracking, project progress, bots, integration with different tools like google drive, etc and bots for automation. Jira has everything that you might want for your organisation and project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really complex for a beginner, other than that it's awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira for almost every project management at Brahmos Interactive, daily task allotment and progress tracking and project bug tracking is being done with Jira itself. It's an awesome tool. Our major use is for game development and this tool serves all the purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
All settings possibilities, very adaptable to control the flow of task and the integration with another tools are usefull and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the graphics because this is useful but ugly :)

The principal problem that resolves is the management of tasks, which is very clear, simple to use, and crucial for the team.

I love the UI cause it does simplify the complex elements of agile.
Scrum board makes it easy to get a quick overview of the current sprint.
Easy to split huge tasks into different parts and create sub-tasks.
We can get an overview of all sprints through different types of charts like burndown/burnup/velocity charts.
Customization is the best part of all because that makes it easy to integrate with any workflow used in the organization.

Jira tried to provide thousands of features, making it hard to find a specific feature or know the use case.

Image view option- if someone uploads an image in the description, it is not giving option to zoom in, and it creates an issue because we have to download the picture to check in details

The biggest benefit of consolidating our platform on Atlassian has been providing a single point of visibility over our projects. Now we can see what everybody else is doing and understand each project's status in great detail. That enables everyone to be on the same page.
Best Project Management tool for Product Owners
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to track and update the progress of any Project which is working in Agile Framework. It has a very interactive dashboard, where the tickets /user stories created can be assigned to the respective team member. We can even add or tag, individual team members in the user story.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about JIRA.

We are managing Agile project progress within a sprint. It's very easy to Track the progress of the team in each and every story with the interactive dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira, provides the best time, bug tracking services, where I can track each Storys mapped Bugs, status, assigned person for the job, also keep tracking of the working hours, Jira is recommended for all management

Password reset takes a lot time consuming

As a tester I need to keep track every possible steps in Application, for that I use Jira to keep track all bugs and time logged by person which help me to verify the person task log
