Best tool for tracking bugs and project progress
What do you like best about the product?
Graphical user interfaces and simple options are recommended for all the developers as well as managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many hidden options but we need some tutorials to learn them. There should be some open tutorial for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many bugs need to be tracked while developing the project. It is easier with JIRA.

This is the best tool in the market for bug tracking.

The customization of the board with different swimlanes to support different agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban or your own mix.

A common issue for many teams is that the developers do not update (comment) the tickets on a regular basis. The tool could have a reminder or notifications about this and other similar issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very flexible for agile project management and tracking tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Its slow sometimes, but nothing to loathe as such

Jira is a great ticket desk system for our software
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of this software. I can make a ticket to our software devs and they will get a response and fix to me rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the organization of the ticket desk. It could be how our devs organize their stuff.

I am able to get clear, quick answers from our devs and get the fixes needed in a timely manner.

It is very in-depth/advanced software so if you are not experienced with tech/engineering language it can be confusing how to customize it for your needs

The product is great for delegating tasks and implementing an agile workflow.

I do not understand how to use the backlog or update to a new week efficiently every seven days.

We are solving how to distribute tasks between four people and monitor how much work each person contributes. Jira is great for making sure that we complete all tasks.

Easy to Customize and Create the dashboard to track the project and get summary as well as detailed view of each tasks to know exactly where you are. Capability to import from old work item management tool like rally etc.Also has various stages of sdlc that can be automated flow based on your branches in source code management tool

You have to manually create the dashboard by creating the filters - it would be great to see some automation that can generate a default dashboard which. Can be customized

Tracking the end to end project delivery and reducing the turnaround time using jira to implement the agile methodology working in multiple geography

Jira has enabled our teams to properly plan development cycles, it ensures we stick to a plan each and every month
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the UI can be a little overwhelming to users viewing the software less often than others.

I am realising that with Jira, we can nail on the exact amount of work we can commit each cycle and ensure that we do not fall into the trap of over or under committing person-hours.
