What do you dislike about the product?
It has many options and alternatives. It is very flexible but somewhat confusing for an inexperienced user. Sometimes it is a bit slow. I think they should remove some CSS transitions that camouflage the slowness a bit

Best project management tool suitable for startups to unicorn
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is our go-to tool for a team to manage our software development lifecycle from planning, developing, deploying, testing. It's a single place of truth that allows project managers to customise the board, e.g. Kanban board according to the internal needs to collaborate a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading speed is a bit slow. Its competitors such as Asana actually handle offline and instant drag-and-drop ability well. Other than that, the extended plugins to integrate with are pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA makes the whole software development process transparent, easy to track and allow history tracking, documenting easier. Other than that, the reporting tools are providing insights for the team to improve over the time.

Jira for ticketing and project support
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create tickets, assign to individuals and have them notified. New fields have been added for more detail on tickets. Can track time spend on each issue. and create reports to show work by individual, time and stage. Can link tickets to Confluence pages for system test tracking. Additionally, easy to filter by stage or owner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functions. Once a ticket has been closed it isn't easy to find for review. Reporting isn't real intuitive, takes several attempts to get the information you are looking to pull out of tickets. Additionally, if you create a board and mutliple boards are created off that board you are notified for all updates on all the boards, haven't been able to find a way to stop that function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for multiple team members to work on a project together and have access to all the necessary information. Can notifiy users when they are assigned new tickets and be notified when tickets are updated or the individual is mentioned in a comment. Quickly link system tests and user stories from Confluence back to Jira tickets. We can also add users outside the company and allow them to see the status of tickets and issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, would recommend for tracking of tickets if you are working within a team. Need to take some time to familiarize yourself with the report functions and search options. Recommend using the reports for project manager to give valuable information to clients. Connecting to Confluence improves the usability of this product.
