I like the ease of use that HubSpot Sales Hub offers, with its simple user interface making it easy to navigate. I find the Mac and iPhone OS apps valuable since they are synced and easy to use. These features simplify the outreach process and provide clear next steps, which is really helpful for sourcing target companies for acquisition. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and I find the overall experience really satisfying.

Effortless Sales Automation That Truly Empowers Sellers

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
If I had to pinpoint what I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub, it isn't just a single flashy feature; it’s the seamless way it transforms the friction of manual sales work into a fluid, automated engine. It’s the first CRM I’ve used that actually feels like it was designed for the person selling, rather than just the person pulling the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is incredibly powerful, my biggest frustration is undoubtedly its steep pricing structure. While the "free" and "starter" tiers are great for getting your feet wet, the jump to "Professional" or "Enterprise" levels is a massive financial leap. The costs scale exponentially as you add more users, which can feel like a "growth tax" for a scaling business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see exactly when a prospect opens my email or visits our pricing page. This changes everything: I’m no longer "selling" into a void; I’m responding to a need at the exact moment it appears. My conversations are more relevant, and my conversion rate has spiked.

The HubSpot that once was is dying.

  • January 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has great tools and I've used them for years - but - they're quickly going downhill and are losing the customer alliance they've steadily built over they years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, it seems like everything is going wrong with HubSpot. Transitioning accounts (upgrading) is an absolute nightmare. You have to speak with Sales People to even start an account on their Professional Tier - your first indicator that they are introducing too much friction into the sales process.

The mid-level managers aren't given any tools to satisfy customer demands/needs quickly. They're rigid, annoying, and frustrating.

Plenty more to say - but suffice to say, HubSpot as it once was - reliable, communicative, customer-focused - is on the way out. As they scale toward enterprise to take on Salesforce, they're losing who they once were.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at this point in time. It's become too expensive as they've stripped the free features away for paid tiers and the lack of support and consultative selling from their team leaves me want to move away from them as quickly as possible.

Great Design and Reminders, But Needs Out-of-Office Features

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I do really enjoy the way it's designed! I am able to find things immedaitely as long as I have the right information/spelling. I love the fact that there are so many options to remind yourself to do things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an out of office feature! Or a feature where you can direct tickets to another person while you're out of office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of anything getting lost in the shuffle!

Keeps Sales Leads Organized, Reporting is a Breeze

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub keeps all of my sales leads in one place, making my job a lot easier. The reporting aspect is particularly beneficial because it lets me pull reports of the deals I'm working on. This feature helps me keep a record of everything I'm working on, which I find really valuable. Also, the initial setup was easy, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to find deals if they're not assigned to you as a user. It could be easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub keeps all my sales leads in one place and records everything I'm working on, making my job easier with its reporting features.

Effortless Client Tracking and Seamless Outlook Integration

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to keep track of your clients, and I really like how it connects with Outlook and imports all the emails for that client. So you can see all the communications with that client in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more "project" based instead of "task" based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having several diffent software to track emails, calls, client information, and task, it's all in one place.

Effortless Sales Management with Powerful Automation

  • January 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is a very easy to navigate the platform. HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for its simplicity, strong automation, and seamless CRM integration. It helps sales teams track emails, manage pipelines visually, and automate follow-ups, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs scale quickly as you add users and advanced features.
Limited customization compared to more complex CRMs.
Reporting depth can feel restrictive for advanced sales analytics
Advanced automation requires higher-tier plans
Great for usability and adoption, but not ideal if you need deep customization on a tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me manage my sales pipeline and my team with efficiency. Now I can allocate my time to more reach-outs.
