User-Friendly with Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is user-friendly and easily accessible even on my mobile phone. The clean, clickable dashboard makes managing my day-to-day activities simple, helping me log and track everything. I also appreciate that it shares reminders for follow-ups if needed. It's great having all my data like notes, email interactions, deals, targets, and contacts stored in one place, which helps keep track of my accounts. Additionally, the setup was very seamless and was implemented in no time. The integration with my email to track interactions is also valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes glitches, and takes time to load even if the internet connectivity is alright.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage business leads, keeping all data, notes, and interactions in one place. It's user-friendly and accessible on mobile, simplifying daily activities and reminders. It tracks email interactions, helping me efficiently manage accounts.
Effortless Navigation and Easy Access to Key Information
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy I can figure out who to reach out to. And how I can navigate through different information without having difficulty finiding notes and other information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's just too much information on screen, but they all seem to be useful. The UX seems too overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it's a bit difficult to send out messages and keep a tab open just for research. Prospecting really helps in this avenue.
Perfect Integration, Facilitate Our Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the integrations of HubSpot Sales Hub with other platforms facilitate our operations. Specifically, the automations that manage the sales pipeline, connecting with other operational tasks and our website on HubSpot, are very valuable. We appreciate the ease of having everything in one place, which saves time and simplifies the management of different sources of information. I also find that the initial setup was 100% easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I think HubSpot lacks an item for micro businesses in all its tiers, particularly for emerging markets. Many wouldn't pay for the license because it takes time to see benefits. Besides that, they have made interface changes due to implementing AI, which at times causes the 'muscle memory' of where certain items are to fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to integrate data between CRMs and manage our sales pipeline, connecting operational tasks. It simplifies by having everything in one place. The automations save time, improve traceability, and add reminders. Its integration with other platforms is excellent.

Streamlined Sales and Customer Success, Needs More for Support CRM
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is simple to use and train, allowing us to easily onboard new employees who aren't familiar with it. It's not super complicated, which is great. I appreciate that it serves as a CRM bridge between our sales and customer success teams, keeping all relevant retailer information in one place. It lets us gather information needed for onboarding new retailers and foreseeing future outcomes, while leaving notes and staying organized across different teams. I also enjoy its easy-to-use dashboards, which are quite valuable. The 2FA is wonderful for keeping us GDPR compliant. Additionally, the coaching playlists we started using are really helpful when we're assessing performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is not robust enough to implement it as a support CRM for our Customer Support team, even though it does what it needs for the sales and Customer Success departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes retailer information, bridging sales and customer success teams for smoother transitions. It's easy for new employees to learn, supports inter-team communication, and helps with forecasting and organization. I like its simple dashboards, compliance features, and beneficial coaching playlists for performance insights.

Great Account Insights and Integrations, Minor Contact Duplication Issues
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidation on account view with single pane of glass for insights within those accounts and open API's that easily integrate with other tech stacks to pull in.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it duplicates contacts sometimes but that could also be how our revops org set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline views, SAL insights, vertical insights, leads insights to help our sales team scale.
Dynamic UI, Seamless Setup, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub for my day-to-day work as a Sales Executive and CSM. It helps organize my work by allowing me to see my tasks and pipeline clearly. I like the dynamic user interface because the menu is easy to find, the layout is very clean, and I can find everything easily. The initial setup was seamless, which made the transition smooth for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall ease of use. Love using sequences for prospecting and automating tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support could be better. It would be nice to be able to get assistance through a phone call and not just via email. Issues are much easier to explain when talking with someone & having a dialogue vs. emails back & forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub solves the biggest challenges I face on the sales team by automating repetitive tasks, organizing all contact and deal data in one place, and giving me clear visibility into my pipeline. It helps me prioritize high-quality leads, stay consistent with follow-up through sequences and reminders, and eliminate the risk of opportunities slipping through the cracks.
