HubSpot Sales Hub: Great for Automation and Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its intuitive interface and seamless integration with CRM features. It makes tracking deals, managing pipelines, and automating tasks incredibly easy, which saves time and improves productivity. The reporting and analytics tools are also excellent for gaining insights into sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features are limited to higher-tier plans, and customization for reports could be more flexible. Improving accessibility and integration ease would make the platform even more valuable.

Centralized CRM and Powerful Automation Drive Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Having a tool that can be used to schedule daily activities related to the sales process is undoubtedly the feature of the platform that appeals to us most. Previously, Excel spreadsheets were generally used, where staff shared their daily activities in the sales process with their respective superiors. With this tool, time is reduced and an accurate record is kept of the activities carried out by those responsible.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment in time, any eventuality or issue we might raise against the platform would be unfair to reflect upon. However, with time and use of these tools, we may find some cases in which we are not satisfied with the use of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity rates and time utilization are definitely two of the factors we seek to address with the implementation of the tool in the sales process. As an activity that requires time, dedication, effort, consistency, and guidance, sales processes often take a significant amount of time to develop/execute before the expected results are achieved. Keeping accurate and reliable records through the tool provides significant value in terms of contributing to and achieving the expected results.
Easy Setup But Needs Improved Calling Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is simple and easy to use without anything fancy. The segmentation and list features are really helpful, allowing me to create different kinds of buckets to reach different kinds of prospects. I appreciate how easy it was to get up and running with HubSpot Sales Hub, as I was familiar with the whole product within a day or two.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the calling integration could be a bit better. It kind of redirects to another page or takes time to load, especially if you're using any indication. It would be better if it was inbuilt so you could see notes or the person properly during the call. After the call, it's very hard to know where to write the notes in. So maybe structuring the calling feature better overall would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a CRM to manage client information, bringing everything together seamlessly. It provides easy access to phone numbers and emails, making it simple to reach out via different channels.
User-Friendly and Intuitive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how user-friendly it is. Even though I never received any formal training from my company, I haven't found it necessary, since the platform's features are largely intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HubSpot Sales Hub does NOT show monthly breakouts with revenue. As a salesperson, it would be helpful to see what my sales totals looks like per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to track my emails, providing concrete evidence to my upper management that I am actively making connections, reaching out, and fulfilling my responsibilities. This feature is especially important for me as a remote worker.
Many functions, but complicated
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it has many things and it would be good if it were easy to use, but it is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complicated to use because it has too many buttons and too many little things, which really aren't needed in such quantity. The seller's experience is complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really tried, but it was very complicated to implement. That's why I switched to Pipedrive and Active Campaign, and now I'm moving to Kommo.
Easy to Use with Excellent Educational Webinars
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and they often hold webinars to teach you about special or more advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their integration with AI was going faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working very hard on their AI integration which will benefit me by cutting down on menial tasks.

There isnt much that I dont like about Hubspot. There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you figure it out then you're good.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is an all-in-one platform where I can run marketing, sales, and customer support. I also appreciate being able to see my emails, messages, and calls all in one place. It's great for tracking things like website visitors turning into leads, which then turn into sales-qualified opportunities and deals. Plus, I can manage finances and track the numbers for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what can be improved is the sequences, if you can have the LinkedIn sequences also enabled within it? That'll be great.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for sales management. It helps in deal management, tracking communications with clients, and managing all sales interactions. It's an all-in-one platform for marketing, sales, and customer support with centralized emails, messages, calls, and lead tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like managing deals with HubSpot Sales Hub. The use of templates for efficiency and the sales pipeline all stand out to me. It all saves time and allows me to remain proactive. The ability to track engagement types with customers and the capability to track in real time all data relevant to my role are also very beneficial. The initial setup was straightforward, and I have linked it to Outlook, which works well for my needs.

Comprehensive CRM with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I have used HubSpot Sales Hub as our single source of truth to manage the entire customer lifecycle. As a sales rep, my favorite feature was the activity feed and email tracking with reminders, all in one place. I loved the ease of working on this from the Gmail or Outlook sidebar. The fact that I could update my contacts, deal stage, notes, and call logs from the sidebar of my Gmail inbox without needing to go into the CRM manually every time was super handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I found frustrating was auto associating emails to different contacts from the same company. If I am working on 2 different deals with the same company, HubSpot Sales Hub will log my emails with both deals automatically. To counter that, I had to manually uncheck the irrelevant deal in the sidebar every time I hit send, otherwise my deal timelines get cluttered with unrelated conversations. Also, the initial setup is not difficult but is overwhelming given the scale of features HubSpot Sales Hub has. It takes time to get acquainted.
