Powerful Email Metrics, Needs More Personalization
What do you like best about the product?
I used HubSpot Sales Hub for email campaigns and one-on-one email sending, and I found it really good for email metrics. I love the product support I got from Ryan, the product support manager. They were really patient with us, taking months to consider our needs. The product is great for email sending and metrics. It was also easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the basic email sequencing is placed behind the higher tier, and I can't personalize or follow-up on emails in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps me analyze email metrics effectively, differentiating between bot and human opens, providing valuable insights.
HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Deals Organized and Forecasting Easy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps everything organized in one place. From tracking emails to managing deals and follow-ups, it cuts down on the need to juggle multiple tools. The pipeline view is especially useful because it gives me clear visibility into where each deal stands.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get expensive as you scale. As soon as you start adding more users or unlocking advanced features, the cost rises quickly. It’s a great tool overall, but smaller teams may find it a bit tough on the budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One thing I dislike is the pricing structure, especially when scaling the team. The cost is manageable at the beginning, but once you start adding more users and building out a proper sales team, the price can jump significantly in some cases more than 2x compared to the initial setup.
User-Friendly Sales Tracking with Invaluable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use, user-friendly navigation, and the detailed insights it provides. These insights help us plan our campaigns better by understanding the optimal times for campaigns, calls, and follow-ups, which increases campaign effectiveness. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, making it a very user-friendly tool. I would rate it between 8.5 - 9.5 out of 10 and would definitely recommend it to anybody interested in an overall view of all their campaigns in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I would like to see improvement is getting campaign level data. HubSpot Sales Hub doesn't provide campaign-specific data at a granular level, only an overall campaign report, which makes it hard to deep dive into specific campaigns to understand what worked well and what needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track campaigns, understand performance, focus on key contacts, and analyze call outcomes. It provides detailed insights which help us plan campaigns better, determining optimal times for calls and follow-ups, thus enhancing campaign effectiveness.
Integrative CRM for Acquisitions not Just Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with Gmail and my calendar, making it really convenient to manage everything in one place. The app on my phone is fantastic as it allows me to make phone calls that are logged with transcripts and voice recordings. Plus, I appreciate that I can track emails and see when people open them, which is super helpful. I can tell you this, after using Salesforce in the past, I see that HubSpot does much better with AI functionality than they do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it really hard that you can't search by address. Many businesses we look at or try to acquire have the same name, like 'Coin Laundry,' which appears in our system probably a thousand times. Without being able to type in just the address, it's really hard because it only shows the city. The way we have it set up, it doesn't show the exact address as a searchable function. I am sure there is a way to search by address if using the standard set up fields but when customized it is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Sales Hub keeps all our information, uploads, photos, and store items in one convenient place. It integrates with Gmail and my calendar, helps log and transcribe calls, and tracks emails, so I know when they're opened.
Complete CRM with Strong Data Management, Tracking, and Reporting

Complete, good CRM with good data management, task categorization, video recording and transcripts and good tracking and reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
The LinkedIn Sales Nav integration could be more polished. Right now, it doesn’t track certain activities (such as requests), and it also doesn’t connect or relay sequence messaging to the relevant LISN task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me build sequences, with good reporting on activity and engagement, and keep track of flows and outstanding tasks, while also giving me a robust overview of my book of accounts.
Centralized CRM with Automation, Needs Improvement on Details
What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Sales Hub as a CRM, it tracks our sales pipeline and supports email flows and customer interactions. It helps us work with the whole customer department in one central tool, so everyone can see the contact we've had with customers. I really enjoy the pipeline building feature, as it's my favorite part, and I appreciate automated sales drips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often notice small things that aren't possible. For example, contact details are not automatically updated in company details.

Even though HubSpot is flexible, some users feel constrained by how deals, pipelines, or task workflows can be customized — especially compared to tools like Salesforce or Pipedrive.

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it centralizes my entire prospecting workflow in one place. As a BDR, I rely heavily on activity tracking, email sequences, and reminders, and Sales Hub makes staying on top of follow-ups almost foolproof. Automatic email logging, along with real-time notifications when a prospect opens an email or clicks a link, helps me time my outreach more effectively and improve response rates.
The combination of sequences and the task queue is especially valuable because it gives structure to my day and helps ensure no lead slips through the cracks. I also appreciate how easy it is to review a contact’s full interaction history before calling; it makes my conversations feel more personalized and less like I’m reading from a script.

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to run my sales team. I find the CRM really helpful in organizing relationships with leads and customers. I like how it's structured yet personalizable to our needs.
